The heatwave was possibly unforseen meaning room was very hot but we were able to borrow a fan which was a great relief.

The building is a little old but I think is normal. So I don't have anything that I can think I didn't like. It was a very good experience.

The location was very practical. It is located a few blocks away from Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Chappelle and other attractions. This made it very helpful because you can get to the attractions by walking. And it is also near metro stations so you can move through the city very well. The bathroom was excellent, the beds and pillows also very comfortable so you can have a good night sleep after walking the city all day.

The room was nice and with balcony ; however, the bathroom layout felt awkward. It was positioned near the balcony window, and the door did not fully close. I would recommend addressing this issue.

The location is excellent. The staff, especially at reception. are exceptionally kind and helpful. They were attentive to my requests and ensured I was given a room that suited my needs.

Some steps needed to be negotiated to access reception and lift. This is difficult for the elderly but a fact of life in old town Paris.

The shower was invaded and successfully conquered by mould, despite that the shower was quite new. The liquid soap in the shower was very easy to open, which made me very hesitant to use it due to hygiene and safety reasons, I'd honestly suggest changing it for a secure closed liquid soap for the safety and security. The pillow in my room smelled of a men's perfume, despite being a nice perfume it made me question if it was washed well enough, the rest of the bed was indeed washed well, so only the pillow raised questions.

The hotel personnel was great, very friendly and helpful. The location and price for the location are excellent. Right near Notre-Dame, near Rue Saint-Germain, so very convenient. The room itself was nice, it had a balcony and an excellent view. The atmosphere of the hotel, the cosiness were also very nice, it was definitely a room where I was pleased to return after a long day of walking in the beautiful city.

Although most staff at the counter were friendly and helpful in terms of giving city information to guests, the particular person was, I felt, not nice in the sense of getting rid of me ASAP for giving information that I needed such as metro routes. But, breakfast was the worst one among the hotels in my one month travel between France and Turkey.

door to patio wasn't very tight so room cool and noisy. The room had extra blankets so we stayed warm. We were tired so slept thru the noise.

Soundproofing was not the best, with noise in the hall and off the street. But in the center of Paris, that’s to be expected.

Friendly check-in and pleasant manager who had good suggestions of where to go and what to eat in the neighborhood.
