The inside of the hotel is quite tired. I had booked a room with double bed and after changing rooms twice I was still left with a double mattress on two bases, which left a gap.. not very good. The sound insolation is not great but also not so bad by Paris standards. The breakfast whilst appreciated was minimal because most had already been eaten by earlier guests and not replaced. The staff were nice but I had the feeling the hotel made some economies that stopped it being as good as it should be.

The best thing is the location, a few minutes walk from the champs élysées and at a reasonable price. It is sheltered from.noice because it's inside a courtyard.

Pretty and picturesque area with local market, close to the Champs Elysee start line for Paris Marathon. Nice, helpful staff who assisted us when there was a problem and moved us to a bigger room, no questions asked. Breakfast was good and the hotel was sparkling clean and cosy.

Neighbourhood, lovely staff, quiet room with bath. Secure car parking in hotel basement, albeit a very tight access rather small. Def not for large vehicle or trailer. Breakfast until 11am.

The Hotel sends a message that you can do on line check in which I did and then it gives you the option to have an early check in but paying in the Hotel. When I got there they said I hadn't paid it so there was no early check in for me so I just left the bags and left to formally get the keys of my hotel later. However, when I went to check out they were going to charge me early check in when I never got it. They should clarify what is early check in and not offer the option if it's not available or the staff doesn't understand that when you check this on your on line check in you should have the service. So I believe is a problem of the on line check in that doesn't inform the Hotel you are willing to pay more and then it doesn't update if you don't get your early check in. Also the breakfast area is very small and the image they sell of having tables outside is not that real.

Location of the Hotel is perfect. Everything you want to see in Paris is very close by metro or bus. Staff was very kind and smiling as well the breakfast was nice. Rooms are small as are all in Paris but have what they need, are clean didn't have the feared bed bugs. There is a lift that helps with bags and to go up and down. The room was quiet and you don't hear anything from the street which is very helpful to rest.

The breakfast was great. The location was quiet in a busy, noisy city with a bustling street market and lovely boutiques just around the corner. Also a metro close by.

Pretty hotel, quiet location, local shops, cafes and market. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff really made a difference to my feeling welcomed. The breakfast was superb, fresh croissants. Coffee available at any time.

Got woken up several times by noise in the corridors and very early deliveries outside on the street

Everything was great, Just I would change the breakfast menu 2-3 times in a week (it was everyday the same) but still very good.

The location is perfect, close to public transportation, many nice places around to eat and have fun. walking distance to Arc the Triumphe and Champl Elysees. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed stayed there, and would like to visit it again next time. Thank you very much!
