What could be better: the quality of the beds and mattresses, the cleaning, some minor things that were broken in our cottage (we gave feedback about those at the reception).

This Center Parks has everything for a family vacation. The kids loved it. We did a lot of activities, playing with the animals, eating delicious food at the farm, safari rides for the kids, driving lessons for the kids, going to the pool area, viditing and playing in the gatdens, playing on almost all playgrounds. Also a very good location for a trip to Disneyland - the bus goes directly. We will come back again.

Rooms could have done with dusting, especially under the beds (only bothered me as I have a kid with allergies). Not enough "big bins" to get rid of apartment rubbish.

Arrival experience: Our taxi dropped us off at the reception desk, and we had to walk quite far with our bags. There were no buggy facilities provided unless you booked one in advance (and even then, it depends on availability). Swimwear rules: At the entrance of Aqua Mundo, security refused entry to anyone wearing long modest swimwear. By “long” I simply mean a top covering my bottom — but I wasn’t allowed in. I was forced to purchase new swimwear from the souvenir shop for €69.99, which felt unreasonable and frustrating.

I was very anxious before my trip after reading lots of negative reviews, to the point that I even considered cancelling my reservation to avoid disappointment. However, my stay at Village Nature Paris completely exceeded my expectations! The Centre Parc atmosphere was excellent, with plenty of activities to keep both children and adults entertained. I was pleasantly surprised to find some halal food options too – such as the chicken and bolognese at Vapianos, and halal chicken at Miami Miami, which made dining much easier. The highlight of our stay was definitely Aqua Mundo – it was superb, and we enjoyed hours of fun there. Overall, I left feeling very happy with my experience and would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

The lighting at night was minimal our apartment's lighting and street lighting weren't on, so we had to use our phones. The balconies could be cleaner looks like they don't get cleaned at all. The sun umbrella was mouldy and full of spider webs. I would say avoid the arcade most things didn't work or take your credit and it was so busy you couldn't ask for it back. Total waste of money. We would go back, this is feed back that centre parcs could improve on maybe.

We loved the scenery and the fact that you could climb to the top of the water park. The staff at the boating lake, the swimming pool reception and the souvenir shop where really friendly. We would loved to have stayed longer. Theres so much to do.

Could have been cleaner, not much light coming in because of the direction it faced to the sun and the surrounding trees (which were nice but made it a bit dingy sometimes), it sort of faced a car park.

Kids club closed 3 days a week and open for 2 hours a day when open. Restaurants not serving the full menu all day long. Several water park attractions closed due to refurbishments. A washing machine in the cottage would have been great, bed could have been more comfy.

Space of the cottage and its 2 bathrooms. The site and its employees overall, we spent a week without exiting the park, everything needed is on site. We enjoyed rented bikes as well as the water park.

There was a terrible smell upon arrival that continued to get worse. We reported it twice but it wasn’t fixed. Really I think we should have been moved. The living area wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived either.

The property was adequate for what we needed and Center Parcs itself was fantastic.

No air conditioning in the houses. If weather is very hot, it’s a struggle and kids don’t sleep very well.

Proximity to Paris CDG. An abundance of playgrounds and play areas for the kids, excellent Aqua facilities, lovely options for food and overall great value for money. The whole place feels extremely safe and family friendly. Would definitely return.

Lodges don’t have air con. Changing rooms for the pool could be cleaner, paths to the lodges aren’t well lit in the evenings and there are a few rats about.

No main communal area for everyone to hang out at night. The area where kids have an outdoor disco would be better if a bar was beside it, for parents to want to spend the evening. Restaurants would be better around that space, rather than along the lake, so no fun atmosphere in the evening, making everyone go back to their separate accommodation. No bar by the pool for an afternoon beer. Extra activities overpriced, and mini golf a pain to have to get clubs from different area to where course is, then having to go back with clubs...

No servicing of the cottage, No one at reception ever answered our calls. Not sure what park staff would do in an actual emergency.

Desperately needs air conditioning and window covers for mosquitoes as I couldn’t sleep in the humidity

Beautiful setting and well equipped houses, cleaning was ok but found lots of stray hairs - one in the bathroom and one in the freezer. Provide some toilet paper for new guests so they can wipe their bottom on arrival, especially with kids.

It was hard to come back from Disney late at night as most entrances were closed. So was a long walk to the apartment.

Perfect apartment, excellent facilities. Great location for Disney. The swimming pool was excellent. My children enjoyed everything about the accommodation especially the spa bath.
