To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe booking.com booking included "very good breakfast" which almost always means cooked, full English. The breakfast included in the rate was continental with a £12.50 supplement for each cooked breakfast. That said, the continental breakfast option was very good with service at table. The booking.com description should be more accurate e.g. good continental breakfast included.
Location is right in the centre of the city. The general areas of the hotel were to a high standard and clean. The standard double room was a good size with tasteful decor. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was ordered and served at table with good quality items e.g. fresh fruit juice, muesli/porridge/cereals, Danish pastries, wholemeal toast. All staff were attentive and professional.

SlovakiaUnfortunately by the time we arrived kitchen was not open. Would have been nice if there was an option of some sandwiches in the bar, or something more than crisps and olives.
Excellent central location and the direct entrance from parking was pleasant as well. Staff were all nice and accommodating. Check-in and checkout were both quick. Rooms were clean and quite comfortable, enjoyed the complimentary tea and biscuits as well. Breakfast was tasty and very rich.
