we could not get the tv to stream from either of our phones or tablets. neither devices could find the tv in our suite.

suite was lovely. toilet was a little way from the shower but overall great open plan space. the shower in the suite was huge

The price they want for breakfast is really quite extortionate!!! £24 each, get into the real world please! We had a way better breakfast choice not that far away, it only cost £11.20 each! Also charging for parking, again quite extortionate, £15! We did pay for that, grudgingly though. Where do these establishments get their prices from? You need to get real as said before.

Really great location for The Cluney and for a walk around Ouseburn Valley! Our room was very cosy and comfortable. The food looked great, however, at this time we did not partake!

5* all-around from me, best hotel I've stayed in hands down! Value for money, great facilities, staff very friendly and a great location. I stayed in the suite with my other half and it was perfection! Lovely beer garden, bar area if you love a few beers and not too far away from the quayside itself. Double baths, double shower, great size bed and fantastic views!

Been to this hotel many many times over the years. Standards are still high for the money. Location good, rooms good, atmosphere good, staff friendly and we will be back again for sure

Beouf tartare that I ordered as a snack was inedible ( under seasoned poor quality beef fatty and gristly ) - Could not finish the dish. However, gave feedback and was reimbursed. Other than that everything was excellent and would recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great even with road works temporarily moving the bus stop.

Bed was very uncomfortable mattress hard! bath was very high to climb into for using the shower and very difficult to get out of if I had been on my own I wouldn’t of been able to use either!

It’s a good 25 mins walk from the station

Parking uncertainty is really unhelpful. Rooms quite difficult to get temperature right in view of the heated towel rails which require air con to be on all night.

Good position just 20 minutes walk into town. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and make you feel like you are important and that your comfort is very important. Gary on reception was especially sweet. He was welcoming and helpful. The lobby is divine with a beautiful real fire and lovely easy chairs and soft lighting. The bartender made me a beautiful pina colada and I don’t normally drink so it was lovely to have something different. I had the Crystal suite which is stunning. Beautiful free standing baths up in the galley. Comfortable bed. The suite is so tastefully designed. I actually think that it is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Breakfast very good. Cooked and continental. Dinner has good menu with thoughtfully designed menu

A loud noise coming from somewhere in the building every 10 minutes. Sounded something like a generator. Kept us awake.

Close to quay and close to venue attending that night. Meal deals in bistro good value for money.

Too far from city centre and on a busy road.

Fantastic shower and bath! Comfortable bed. The best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel.
