United Kingdom5 Reviews“A comfortable stay”I would prefer a buffet hot breakfast, although the kitchen did modify the full english to my own requirements (ie. no sausage, extra bacon etc) Toilet flush was not working properly in the room Shower curtains are horrible - they are unhygienic and uncomfortable to shower behind. They all need changing for screens. Sound & picture on the TV was poor
View is great Size of room is much better than 3rd floor room I had last time I stayed Food in the Chinese was very good, as was the service

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great view from our room.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Chef went out of his way to take care with my tomato allergy!! Lovely view as far as Brownsea Island. Very comfortable bed.

In house Chinese restaurant was excellent. Room fine, except outside balcony door was a flat roof full of pewtrid water, so couldn't open door in case of insects etc. Balcony rails etc needed a good clean. View and terrace fabulous!

Lovely view, helpful staff. Excellent choice of food. The Italian restaurant opens daily and the Chinese from Wednesday.

United Kingdom1 reviewVery GoodThe car chargers are in complete darkness. I could hardly see the charger, let alone the QR code, to scan it. The receptionist had to come out with her phone torch to light up the QR code, whilst I scanned it. It was rather spooky standing in the complete darkness whilst downloading the EV charger app & getting credit sorted & then getting a charge started. Needs a bright light, that's all.
Lovely hotel, rooms & food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
