The air conditioner wasn't immediately turned on or offered to be turned on upon our arrival. We tried figuring it out until we gave up & called room service only to find out it is turned on by the admin. However, the next day it had turned off again, we called room service and a different staff member told us we had to turn it on. Couldn't figure it out again so we just left it.

We loved how clean and stocked everything was. The rain shower was SO good, especially after a full day of travel. The staff was nice & helpful. The location was great - really close to the baths & lots of shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

The chairs had a stain and needed cleaning, as well the area rug could use a shampoo or steam clean. When I brought it to the front desk attention they seemed concerned and said that he would get housekeeping to look after it. It was not so bad that it ruined to stay or anything, just did not seem up to Radisson standards.

Hangers in the bathroom could be better. It doesn’t hold towels or anything. Nothing really big concerning.

It is a good and comfortable hotel room with a window and basic amenities. The hotel is right in the city centre and just minutes away from all attractions. We only stayed for a night and no complaints. Staff at the reception are friendly and welcoming. Especially Lakshya was very friendly and helpful.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, but staff were really apologetic and helpful. It was only a minor inconvenience.

The check-in was quick and easy, and the location was perfect for exploring Bath. The room had everything I needed, and the bathroom was especially beautiful — modern, clean, and such a nice touch of luxury.

Not that we didn't like just some suggestions. Of which only cosmetic things in room. We had a sliding bathroom door... A knob on inside instead of pushing the door to slide open once washing hands. The bed could move to the right literally a couple of inches and a small floating shelf fitted to the left of the bed would be nice for phone/mug as slating roof /space possibly not wide enough for a cabinet.

The lift was out of order, which was fine for us but being on the 3rd floor would have been an issue for some. I was also disturbed by people speaking in other rooms late at night.

The room was decorated really nicely, and the bathroom was beautiful. Even though it was a 'cosy' double, there was plenty of space. The reception was also really nicely decorated.

There was no window in my room - and it was a very small room too - which meant it was stuffy and felt badly ventilated, steamed up a lot when I showered, and had no natural light, whilst the lighting in the room was also very dim so it was hard to see what I was doing when I was packing up my stuff. I am aware that accommodation in Bath is expensive and hard to find so I can't complain too much, and the staff did also apologise that they weren't able to upgrade me since the hotel was booked up. I therefore wouldn't complain too much - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable to sleep in, but due to the lack of window and decent lighting I wouldn't want to do much more than sleep and shower there (which was just about fine for my purposes of a 1-night stay). In short, I would stay there again at a push but would have liked some warning about the lack of a window so I could have made an informed decision.

The location was great, the hotel overall was really funky and cool and posh looking and the fixtures and fittings were very high quality. The staff were helpful and friendly and they found me a safe place to lock up my bicycle. They were super helpful when I needed help with the air conditioning in my room - when I arrived back in my room after a day in the town my room was unbearably hot and I couldn't figure out how to use the air-con but it turned out there was a (very inconspicuous) button on the air con unit that I just needed to press. They even offered me a free cold drink while my room would cool down. The hotel is also near a beautiful park where I went to read in the evening while my room cooled down.
