Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I did not like to have to pay for parking and the menu in the restaurant was too limited. It was also a bit further from the airport that I had envisaged
The room was spacious althought the bathroom was a little small. The accommodation was modern and up to date. The restaurant had plenty of seating and the staff were attentive.

Just the cleanliness of the room in general Also wasn’t asked if we would like to pay for parking £12 just automatically added to our bill, had we been asked we would have found alternative parking, Also drug dealers using the car pat up at the top end was very obvious even with security guard standing watching
Pool was lovely and clean, All communal areas were clean but missing attention to detail in our room, upon pulling out the sofa bed it seemed it hadn’t been changed since last use I found a clean sheet in the wardrobe and quilt which I changed as there was blood stains on quilt,

The steam room was not at the temperature we expected it to be, it was very low. Kids slept on sofa bed, it was okay but not great, maybe an extra layer for comfort would be required.
We liked the rooms, breakfast area and food.

A couple of things 1. The water pressure in the shower was very low. 2. Had to pay £12 for parking even though I was staying there. 3. Had to take own towels or from the room when using the swimming pool.
Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Conveniently located with good size car park. Nice breakfast.

When I first got the the room it wouldn't lock. We literally pushed the door open without the key card. I reported it to reception after trying to lock it. But it started working just before the maintenance person came. It felt like he was calling us liars. The door was fine for the rest of the weekend
Room was comfy and spacious. The shuttle bus was extremely useful when it was running. Reception was really nice and a manager was super kind to me on Monday when she found me waiting for the shuttle (it wasn't running but I didn't know). I tend to recommend this hotel to friends

Hot tub & steam room weren't working at time of stay. Shuttle bus to airport wasn't running, which was part of the reason this hotel was chosen. Alternative wasn't offered. Restaurant food could have been better quality. Long wait for bar staff to be in attendance.
Close to airport. Lovely room. Leisure facilities. Very clean & comfortable. Great bathroom. Design style of hotel. Parking facilities for trip away.

Breakfast was a little pricey at £16.95.
Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Staff very attentive and efficient in clearing pots away! Bed was comfortable and facilities were good. Overall a good stay.

not being able to use the pool all the time, because of swimming lessons. The sauna was broken.

Easy check in and convenient parking that was very reasonable. Room super clean and comfortable. Restaurant had great menu with lots of choice - very good value for money given location. My dog was made very welcome and it was a stones throw from the NEC

Two additional events were booked during crufts a boxing match and ladies day. The noise prevented sleep and the people attending the event (not staying in the hotel) were highly intoxicated and rude. Why do this? Complaining to reception met with nothing but sorry here's some ear plugs. Food in the restaurant was awful. Really poor quality ingredients and choices. Also as everyone staying in the hotel was there for crufts why not put it on the TV? I had to ask every night. No one cares about the antiques road show! We almost missed best in show,!!!
As I was attending Crufts as an exhibitor I was pleased to see so many dogs and owners at the hotel. The hotel embraced crufts. The pool was nice to relax on after a hard day. Breakfast was very good. The bar staff excellent fun.

Breakfast wasn’t served until 7 am and we were leaving at 6.30am. The selection provided at reception desk was very poor and no glasses were provided for the orange juice . There was no tea/ coffee provided and although 1 cereal carton was provided , there was no milk. We paid £300 for our room and I feel the breakfast situation was disappointing.
