The water pressure for the Bath taps were so low that it was impossible to have a Shower or Bath.

It was noisy overnight, need better windows with more isolation, shower wasn’t very hot water, doors were very squishy, very noisy. Parking very pricey but it’s a 24h attendance, they keep your key and park the car for you.

It’s in a great location, 6 minutes from underground, easy to move around London.

At times it was noisy. It was too hot, so we had to open the windows which made it even noisier. Certain things should have been rectified before we checked in e.g loose wobbly toilet seat & a missing curtain in the bedroom. Internet not free.

The location was excellent - handy for underground and museums. Fridge, cooking facilties & washing machine. Sainsburys was very close so it was easy to grab ingredients to cook.

The lifts were extremely slow. The towel rail was on permanently and could not be turned down. It was scorching hot and located almost up against the toilet, two of us burn ourselves. Lots of mould in the bathroom. No lift to the top floor - if you have luggage this is annoying. Wifi wasn’t automatically included for the duration of our stay.

Great location, close to tube - 5 mins walk. We had the penthouse which was extremely spacious, with a great kitchenette and washing machine.

The studio was very warm, would have liked it a bit cooler, window opened easily.

Do not like having to pay for wi-fi, would factor that in if I decide to book in the future. Also, my room was quite far from the elevators.

laundry change is termed 6n 7th day. on the 7th day they bring the change of laundry. they are responsible...and good natured.

The major understanding about this super large hotel like a small city, is that there are many levels of space. studio standard and then larger, then 1 Bed etc.. you monitor the pricing over long term stays and you can average a good monthly rent I'm using Booking.com being a long term member. Water is hot, higher floors are warmer in the winter and everything works and they have good service assistants from plumbing to laundry.

Towels are only changed every 6 days and there is a £10 charge for a new one otherwise bathroom and bed were also very small

Staff were friendly and the apartment had a full kitchen which was handy location is also great 10 lins walk from underground room was also kept very warm but was easy enough to cool with the large window if needed

The squeaky floor boards when the person/s staying in the property above us. We could hear them talking on their phone or to another person, walking, using the bathroom, getting in and out of bed. It was a bit annoying. The mattress seemed to be well used as it dipped a bit in the middle, it wasn’t too bad, we had a reasonable nights sleep.

We liked the little kitchenette, it was useful to have a fridge and kettle for a cuppa and to keep snacks fresh. It was warm and reasonably comfortable.

Bathrooms could be bigger, They are very tiny. The locks on door need more security.

Reception was friendly and attentive. Overall room was decent size for 2 people. Outlets are next to bed.
