The property is in the best location for visiting Chester. On-site parking is an absolute bonus, giving the freedom to explore. The property was immaculate and had EVERYTHING anyone could wish for!

United KingdomIt was quite expensive for one night. Check out time of 10:30am felt a little early, especially after a late night :-). One gripe I had about the breakfast was that I had to pay extra for orange juice - I would have expected given the price that I could have enjoyed a coffee and an orange juice with my breakfast.
Apartment was great, staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. The location was perfect for being close enough to Chester but far enough so you are away from the main streets - great views across the river as well.

Excellent breakfast. The chef certainly knows his job. A good menu with plenty of options. Sited next to the river the restaurant was busy from the moment it opened. The staff welcomed everyone and service was friendly and professional.

United KingdomThe apartment was cold on arrival, the weather was 4 degrees outside and the thermostat was only set to 16 degrees. The hive system took a good 8 hours to warm the flat up to 21 degrees. The heating should have been prepared in advance given the weather. Luckily we had a portable electric heater/blankets to help take the edge off the cold. The hot water in the main bathroom was tepid at best despite the kitchen taps being hot, not entirely sure why. I tried to draw a bath to warm up but the water was lukewarm and only enough for a shallow bath as a result. The main tv had a problem with no signal on a lot of the main terrestrial channels, although the bedroom ty worked. No hot tap in the small bathroom ( removed by plumber prior to arrival) - wasn’t an issue as such. The beds were very firm and could have done with a softer memory foam topper. The beds are doubles but could easily been replaced with king size given the room dimensions, adding to a more luxurious feel to the bedrooms . Having read through a lot of the previous reviews and comments, these problems have been ongoing for a long time, which is a shame as the apartment is lovely but it has put me off booking again given the price point of £240 per night. Breakfast was only a bacon or sausage bap with tea/coffee (eggs/beans on toast also available as an alternative). A full English was an extra £10 pp , I would have expected it to be included in the room price.
Excellent location on the river within a 10 minute walk into the city centre. Fantastic views from the flat of the river and river life. The facilities in the apartment were comprehensive and the kitchen looked new. The outside space would be lovely in better weather. The living room was cosy, and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch. The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good quality and was fast service. Good quality wifi .

United KingdomLacking in some of the small details that would make it a really lovely place to stay eg: nowhere in either bathroom to place wash bags/ toiletries even though there is more than enough space for a small table/ unit. Lack of the same in the bedrooms - had to leave incidental items on the floor! Compared with similar accommodation we stayed in that week the amount of provisions - welcome pack (tea bags/ coffee etc) was rather sparse!
Comfortable and nicely appointed apartment with a great location by the river and easy walk into town. Lovely private first floor outdoor space for when the sun is out! Very good breakfast although feel an extra coffee / tea should be included!
