United KingdomI ordered the full breakfast the first day. The haggis was cold and the tattie scone was puffed up and full of air. The fried tomato was a mixture between re and yellow. Wasn't sure to eat it or not so I left it. I ordered the same again the next day. The haggis was still cold and this time the mushroom was all shrivelled up. On both occasions I had a latti with my breakfast out of machine and was cold both times(look warm)
The room was very clean and tidy. The view was fantastic but I am afraid that the break will be in the bad comments

IsraelThe balcony outside the room (which is right on the loch) had quite a lot of mosquitos making it difficult to enjoy it. The hotel is aware of the problem and you would expect them to provide something like a mosquito repellent in the room, but instead they take advantage of it and charge you for it.
Overall a nice hotel, you get what is promised, no more no less. The food in the restaurant (for dinner) was very tasty.

United KingdomBreakfast was quite standard/reasonable offering. Dinning room/breakfast room had a good view. Evening dinner was ok, but the dessert was bad and had a hair in it. Ordered tea in what seems like a reasonably up-market hotel and it was just tetley tea delivered in stained and chipped old tea cups and a nasty stainless steel tea pot.
The shower was amazing! Great location on the loch and next to the local village. Good wifi. Nice bed.

United KingdomMeal in resteraunt bit pricey and felt it was a bit bland. At breakfast time few glasses on table where fruit juice kept, had old lipstick marks on them (picked up 3 like this),maybe need to be checked??
Location and view from balcony exceptional. Treatment and spa sooo good and relaxing. Breakfast selection was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly.
