I ordered the full breakfast the first day. The haggis was cold and the tattie scone was puffed up and full of air. The fried tomato was a mixture between re and yellow. Wasn't sure to eat it or not so I left it. I ordered the same again the next day. The haggis was still cold and this time the mushroom was all shrivelled up. On both occasions I had a latti with my breakfast out of machine and was cold both times(look warm)

The room was very clean and tidy. The view was fantastic but I am afraid that the break will be in the bad comments

Continual music piped in the bar and restaurant. The property is such a relaxing place but spoilt by the continual noise

The spa was not included in the price which was the only downside for us as we did not expect to pay for the facilities.

The balcony outside the room (which is right on the loch) had quite a lot of mosquitos making it difficult to enjoy it. The hotel is aware of the problem and you would expect them to provide something like a mosquito repellent in the room, but instead they take advantage of it and charge you for it.

Overall a nice hotel, you get what is promised, no more no less. The food in the restaurant (for dinner) was very tasty.

Signage to hotel was a bit obscure when approaching the hotel and the road was a bit tight at the entrance to the hotel.

Great view and location. Good food and friendly staff.. Close to Balloch and A short walk to Luss. Nice private beach.

The furniture and carpets were a bit outdated but the bathroom was new so I assume the resort is working on it.

The location by the lake was excellent, beautiful view, just off the road.

We could hear music through the night but not sure where it was coming from - possibly one of the adjoining rooms.

Views over Loch Lomond were beautiful. Spacious room, large bathroom with huge bath. Large comfortable bed and good sized tv in adjustable bracket.

Breakfast was quite standard/reasonable offering. Dinning room/breakfast room had a good view. Evening dinner was ok, but the dessert was bad and had a hair in it. Ordered tea in what seems like a reasonably up-market hotel and it was just tetley tea delivered in stained and chipped old tea cups and a nasty stainless steel tea pot.

The shower was amazing! Great location on the loch and next to the local village. Good wifi. Nice bed.

Food was sort of okay however breakfast was very poor. Everything dry and overcooked which was such a shame.

Didn’t realise sauna would be out of use No mini bar, only a fridge Could do with a couple of wee things- external light on balcony and some extra coat door hooks.

Meal in resteraunt bit pricey and felt it was a bit bland. At breakfast time few glasses on table where fruit juice kept, had old lipstick marks on them (picked up 3 like this),maybe need to be checked??

Location and view from balcony exceptional. Treatment and spa sooo good and relaxing. Breakfast selection was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

There is nothing we didn't like, it was a perfect night away.

The view from the rooms balcony was breath taking. The hotel is lovely, beautiful location. Staff were so friendly. We had an amazing stay for our 1st Wedding Anniversary.
