The only thing we didn't enjoy was the annoying wasps and a visit from mosquitos one night while we were asleep. Wasps seem to be an issue on Corfu in other places too.

This was a very beautiful and relaxing place to spend 5 nights on Corfu. The apartment unit is similar to a hotel room but with ability to cook. The balcony had a great view of the sea and the sunrise. We used the bus to get to the apartment as there was a stop at the bottom of the hill. We also used the bus to visit Benitses Beach and Corfu town. The pool here was the most amazing thing. Very large and plenty of lounger chairs to use. The staff here were friendly and the unit was cleaned twice while we were there. The host replied very quickly to our online questions.

It was a bit difficult to get around if you didn’t rent a car or any form of transportation. We were dependent on a bus that would drive by every 45 minutes or so.

The views are worth the short hill climb from the bus stop. The room was bigger than we expected and the bed was comfy to sleep in. The pool was great too, cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. The number 6 bus was easy to navigate to/from Corfu Town. About a 25 mins walk along a road (no pavement) to Benitses offering lots of bars, cafes and shops. Supermarkets in Benitses are very expensive we preferred to shop in Corfu Town. For us, this was a great little retreat and we are planning to return next year.

The communication with the accomodation was flawless from the beginning and we got excellent guidance in pictures on how to get there. The room and the surroundings were quiet with a beautiful view to the sea. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was aircon in the room. Magda was super helpful and very nice. It was exactly what we needed for a week away.

I LOVED my stay at Aronis! I loved that I was alone in a quiet location, but super close to everything I needed - beaches where I would find no-one (hello uninterrupted swimming and snorkelling, even book reading while you listen to the waves crushing slowly into the pebble beach:)), little town with wonderful local restaurants, grocery shops, souvenir stores. The hosts are kind and wonderful, ready to help you with anything, anytime. I would recommend renting a bike (which you can do with the hosts) so it makes it easy to go places. If you decide to be responsibility-free during your trip, there is a bus stop right outside the property, about 8 minutes walking downhill. Going back up the hill gets you in a shape within a few days as a bonus! :) Oh, and waking up to a complete silence with that gorgeous view? I was in love from the first moment I arrived. Look no more, this is where you need to be.

The apartment was very clean and well serviced with plenty of towels and necessities needed for a holiday. The property manager Magda was very helpful and went out of her way to make the stay perfect. It’s in a good location with beautiful view about a half an hour walk into the centre of Benitses and the nearest shop is around a 20 minute walk away.

Could be a challenge for anyone with disability to access the place. Would say car is ideal as steep hill & winding road up to entrance but this is normal for most accommodation in Corfu - if you want the great views. Also, only small space for kitchen if you were thinking of doing a lot of cooking. Ideal for us as we ate out every day apart from breakfast.

Bed very comfortable.Owner left us a parasol that we could take to the beach.Provided an iron & small ironing board when we needed it. Pool very clean & warm, no problem getting a sun bed at any time of day. Air condition excellent & very quiet. Owner on hand for anything needed. Very helpful. Apartment cleaned every other day.

The shower was hand held which was a bit difficult, there was sometimes a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom but this goes away when the window is opened.

The kitchen makes noise when others use it, the road to get to the property is very steep and narrow.

Comfy bed, newly designed, refurbished bathroom, views to the sea, swimming pool, parking available, good communication via booking with the owner, and very clean!
