The drainage was slow and the towels weren’t very soft.

Unusual space, a vaulted ground floor room. Exceptionally great location for exploring the Old Town. Had everything I needed!

The cleaner is always in a mood but the rest of the staff are great. One of our pillows had a dirty cover with a blood stain on it and when I asked her if she could change it, she said "no, hotel full". I said "but it is dirty, we can't sleep on this" so she rolled her eyes and said "ok, I'll bring you one" and a few minutes later she just handed me a pillow case, no apology or a smile. She does a great job keeping the place clean but she definitely doesn't make you feel welcome...

We have stayed here many times before. It is a basic place but it is clean and very centrally located.

The room, in my opinion, needs cosmetic repairs and replacement of some equipment. But it was not critical for me.

Very good location for those wanting to explore the old town. The price of the room was more than pleasant. The owner and staff were very helpful.

We booked multiple days and would have liked a couple more water bottles in the room. Could have also done with a wine opener in the room.

Pictures were a bit different to the actual accommodation, however the staff were friendly and the accommodation was value for money. We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well situated within the old town.

The showers were a bit weird in some of the rooms with the whole room getting wet. Also, if travelling with elderly people or people who struggle with stairs, book a ground floor room.

Was a bit worried about the quality of hotel going by the reviews but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and all had great air conditioning. It was great value for money. We stayed here for one night and booked six rooms for our large group. The location is close to two gates in the Old Town and to the night life and shopping.

2 out of the 3 rooms we have stayed in were at time a bit noisy at times.

Great location in the old town near the harbour and therefore convenient for ferries/boats etc. Good value for money. Staff not on site 24 hours but available by phone.

There was no curtain on the shower. This causes the bathroom floor to get wet after you shower. A simple curtain for the tub would be great to have.

It’s very well located a couple of steps from the ferry station and the main attractions in the old town. The staff was very nice, the girl at the reception was super accommodating and friendly. We really liked her. They let us in a bit earlier than the normal check-in, also they were kind enough to arrange a taxi for us at departure. Great service.

Being on the ground floor (room 3) with a door directly into the street it was at times noisy but our stay coincided with the weekend.

Bathroom needs updating, however for a short stay it is acceptable.

Fantastic location, 5 min walk to the port to get the ferry to Turkiye, in the quiet section of the old town so not noisy, though we did get woken up in the early hours on Sunday morning by young locals finishing off their night talking and laughing outside our room - when I asked them to be quiet they apologized and moved on - so potential to hear noise during the night but mostly it was quiet and good for sleeping. The air con works great so it was a great base to rest after exploring Rhodes. We loved staying in the old town, it's amazing how well preserved all the old buildings and streets are. The staff are very helpful and answered any queries we had.

On our first visit we had difficulty finding it from the bus station through the (extremely crowded) Old Town. Better to approach from the waterfront as very simple route from there. Annoying that the key was attached to the card for electricity so had to decide whether to leave the fridge on when we went out.

Good location in Old Town, handy for ferry port, shops, restaurants. Liked the shared outside space on first floor. An oasis of peace in the heart of the busy Old Town. Friendly staff. On our second visit the bathroom had a BATH. Bliss!

The building is old but i think this is normal for accommodation inside the old city.

The location is perfect and not far away of the port as well as one of the castle entrance. The personnel was very helpful and very friendly. The old city of Rhodos is very loud and busy.
