We loved everything about it. In winter and especially when raining heavy its less attractive for children in my opinion but I really want to go back in the summer and enjoy the pool outside and other activities

The location is amazing, the village is unique and absolutely gorgeous. Looks like from a different time zone. We loved everything about it. The service and staff were amazing and thoughtful for children and adults and all our needs. we had to cut short one night (cause of miss calculations of hours to the airport )they immediately offered to uncharged us for that night even though it was totally not there obligation. Food and chef were also great!

The prices at the bar are very high. The breakfast only includes filter coffee and mountain tea. Any other type of coffee is with additional cost. An espresso costs 5euros (nespresso machine)!!

The location provides unparalleled views and a mountain holiday experience like no other. Everything from the food to the approach is intended to make you feel closer to nature. It is nice that some experiences like yoga, hiking and kids activities are included in the price.

The whole complex is extraordinary. Very well planned. The mix with deciduous trees, water and stone matches so well. The staff was very polite and courteous. The food was very good and mostly local. The room was amazing, big stone shower and a very comfortable bed. A self-sufficient place in the wild, i can recommend.

It was a bit far from the lake and the access to the Village is quite difficult. But when you arrive you get rewarded by the beauty of the place.

The only problem was we followed google maps which led us to the resort via a very treacherous road winding through the mountains, so it would be good if advice about this and directions were given in advance.

We loved the remote location, in the beautiful mountains. The two bedroom villa was perfect and very comfortable. We were the first Australians to stay here and our reception was wonderful.
