Aircon broken. Not a problem, these things happen. We were given a fan, but this was too loud so we could not sleep (and my girlfriend sleeps through everything!). But would have been nice to have a discount or been offered something...

The bathroom is really small

Villa Toula is a nice cute accommodating, at a great location, very close to all the bars, restaurants and shops in the centre of Fira.

It wasn't clean. Dusty pillowcases and blankets. We covered the pillow with our shirts (see picture) Rusty fridge. The room was too good to be true as the ones publicised online.no window.

It's very close to the bus station, the shops and the touristic sites.

Room was tiny, pictures on site made it look bigger than what it was. Thin walls, noisy. Bed linen thin, bed not that comfortable. Only would stay 2 nights max.

Cheap and cheerful, great location in Fira but close to clubs, bars so can be but noisy. Good for 1 to 2 nights Friendly staff.

Was a bit surprised that the room didn't offer basic cutlery and a kettle water heater. Not even an empty glass for the guests to use. Please make sure, if you're visiting this villa, when stopping by a supermarket, to pick up a pair of paper/wooden glasses/spoons/knives.

Location: good, very close to center and bus station. Supermarket and plenty of stores and restaurants: on foot, less than 1 minute walk.

We didn’t like the size of the room, which was too little to be “liveable”, in addition the bathroom was to small and not so very cleaned. The room we had it was downstairs so maybe it was a disadvantage because there was no air coming in or out, due to the lack of the windows. In addition, we just had a door which opened to the common area so it was not possibile to open it at all times.

We liked the staff, who was really available giving us lots of advice related to the mains of transport and activies to do on the island. We also liked the position of the place which was terrific, cause it is downtown in the center

The room was small, but the worse part was the bathroom, so small that the wc was inside the shower, but the shower drain was outside, so you ll flood all the room by taking a shower.

This accommodation is quite convenient because is near the Main Street, the staff replies quickly.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Really hard to sleep on. The rooms are very noisey and you can hear everything from the other rooms. No staff around to ask questions. Sheets had marks on them.

Not worth the money! Avoid booking this accommodation!

This was probably one of the worst accommodations I’ve booked. The room we received was nothing like the photos on booking.com. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat had cracks & marks. The shower was broken, you had to be really careful turning on the shower as the nob kept falling off. The bathroom window was cracked & didn’t close properly. We booked this accommodation for 1 night and we left quite early the next morning as the room just felt miserable. We felt completely felt disappointed with this booking.

We liked Stelios the owner, the location. The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in room 15. Aircon was powerful which was needed in 40c. The shower was powerful. My partner received an in-house massage from a 3rd party who arrived at the villa, Stelios was more than supportive. He had a lovely way about him, even after a mix up with the rooms (our fault) again no stress or drama from the manager, just a smile some laughter and a quick room swap as we took the wrong room. He was a gent and made the difference.

Tiny room No info about how to leave luggage after chevk out (or indeed when you arrive) as the re eprion shuts at 11.30am. Fortunately when we got here at 1pm we found a nice lady cleaning room who said we could pop back in room even though not ready. I thought not making clear what to do with luggage on arrival or leaving was hard and would have liked to have known in advance. Apparently there is a left luggage one min away from place. We didnt know this so ended upcoming to port 4 hours before boat. It was very clean and mins from shops but felt like an upmarket back packers place rather than hotel (leaking sink in downstairs toilet too so we could not wash hands there) However, I guess for that area, paying less than 100 euro it was decent value for money. I would recommend the hotel leaves out a book telling you some basic facts like taxi and buses and restaurants it recommended as well as left luggage.

Staff lovely. Air con excellent and left on before we got in room so it was wonderful to walk into. Very nice guy at reception who booked taxi and replied to e mails fast. Cushions great!

Stalios was such a fantastic host! He gave us wonderful recommendations and booked trips for us, which made our trip run smoothly. He also went above and beyond to help us get to our ferry on time, as we were running late! The location of the property is central, close to main square and bus stations, but still quiet. The rooms were cleaned daily and had a fridge and clothesline. Would definitely recommend this stay!

The rooms were not as nice as expected, also due to the setup of the room(bed near door), and the door having quite a large gap, privacy and more importantly noise from other guests was extremely disturbing and I was not able to sleep most of the night due others' parties, discussions and children crying(probably also due the lack of sleep). The non existing reception or someone to contact made it all the more irritating.
