We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe facility in my bathroom wasn't in a proper condition but I am an easy person so I just went through with it as it was less than 16hrs stay. I only needed a room to catch a flight the next day. The staff at the front & their website need to be more clear on the free shuttle agenda not only saying the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. I don't mind paying at all but it needs to be agreed and clarified beforehand. Other than this, nothing critical or requires improvement.

Breakfast was okay. “Airport shuttle” is only at 3 times during the day, so not very useful if it doesn’t match up to your flight like ours didn’t.

ItalyWe stayed only one night, just to stay close to the airport. The restaurant was good, the room was tiny and not so comfortable. We woke up early to get to tha airport and in accordance with the receptionist we booked and payed a transfer for the morning but nobody was there at the time. We called several times all the number we had, we searched everywhere but nobody came. At least, after 20 minutes (we had to run in the airport) a guy got us the transfer and we made it to the airport. We did expect more professionalism

SpainStaff didn’t speak much English at the restaurant and not understand what I ask for. Many childs shouting in the corridors at 6am in the morning, the breakfast time very noisy, I think they should have late breakfast to don’t disturb other guest as the sound proof. Music in corridors very loud and disturbing. Not a great place to sleep overnight before taking a flight. They should change many things

PortugalThe first room only smelled of tobacco and was non-smoking. The second room just smelled like urine and it got stuffy. A week before, we informed the hotel that we were vegetarians, specifying in detail what we ate and stressing that we didn't eat white sugar. In the morning, we had bread that had egg and sugar in its ingredients. They didn't have avocado or honey to spread on the bread. We had to use the soy milk we bought and ate it with corn flakes. We paid 7 dollars for two 500 ml water bottles and to this day we are waiting for them to give us the change. The receptionist had the nerve to say that booking was responsible for our breakfast. We even spoke to a representative of the manager, but nothing was resolved. We saw little care, in terms of hygiene, on the part of other guests of Indonesian origin. One child spat and another urinated by the pool
