You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lack of hotel car parking is an issue. The public car park was full so we had to go for a drive & return at 7pm to Check In. There was a sports event on which meant no space was available during the day.
Location was terrific & views from our room overlooked Kenmare Place \ Main St. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of toiletries & towels. Air Con was working well & kept the room comfortable to sleep in. The bar was busy but service was prompt. We ate dinner one night in the Tan Yard - the food was delicious & it was great value for the meal we had.

We booked a more expensive room. It was a beautiful room, very comfortable in every way, but it was located just outside the lift, which was dinging everytime the doors opened and quite noisy with people using it at all times of day and night.

The shower in the bath was a very tight fit and not very powerful. They should opt for just a shower no bath

Arriving late (23:00hrs) - no parking available or porter to help with luggage - we were lucky enough to get an upgrade but sadly it was at the furthest end of the hotel - a long hike for two pensioners at midnight 😂! We were both impaired when showering by an ill-placed handrail - certainly got my funny- bone 😀

The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom was very small and the shower was meh. If you're paying 200 euros + for one night stay for a romantic get away the room and price was not matching. Food wasn't very accommodating for vegetarian with limited options. Food at breakfast was contaminated with thongs used for meat so couldn't have most my breakfast.
Lobby of hotel, the smell on entry was amazing. Staff were brilliant. Pool and jacuzzi was top notch.

Water pressure from the shower wasn’t the best.
Gorgeous reception area and leisure centre. Cafe du park was a lovely restaurant and the location was brilliant for getting back after a few drinks in Killarney. Staff were exceptional. Got back from town after a few drinks and myself and my partner wanted water! We asked the man on the front desk and he kindly brought them up to our room.

Underground parking- was full so had to pay for public parking. Parking spaces when we did get a spot were very narrow.
Left a lovely plate of chocolates for my partners birthday in room on arrival. Location is close to all bars and shops. Leisure centre was very nice with hot tub steam room and sauna.
