This is the most confusing and hardest-to-navigate property I have stayed in. Just too many elevators and stairs, and they leave you at different parts of the property. The elevator to the third floor did not work, and we were given a room on..... the third floor. The approach road to the resort was also in bad shape. The staff at the activity desk were not very helpful and did not appear very approachable. Also, yoga on one of the days was cancelled without any prior notice. A property of this size should have a backup instructor.

The location of the property is excellent. Ask for a room with a balcony where you can view the Ganga turning. The rooms were generally clean, and the food was very good. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Not much activities in the hotel to do. No gym or facilities like badminton/tennis courts.

The approach road to the hotel was completely broken and the location isn't great either. It's in the middle of a crowded market. We also lost our wallet which was apparently found by someone but not returned to us. We figured this out because someone tried to use the credit card!

The view from our river facing apartment was good. The rooms were clean but for some reason, our bathroom drainage was smelling. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety but the dinner was a bit rich. There are a few waterfalls and hike trails just 15 minutes away. Overall, a mixed experience.

Services were very slow, a lot of teething issues on the first day including wrong room being assigned, lack of proper shower pressure, malfunctioning air conditioners. In my view, buffet, dinner, Spa prices are very steep (on site).

Location is great - but only if you have a good view room overlooking River and or the Garden. Plenty of restaurants, water and adventure activity booking sites, and bike / scooter renting shops nearby. You can also book from the hotel.

Restaurant is very small- with such a big hotel standing in a queue for food is annoying. They can add more activities for the price being charged

The location, expanse, feel of the property was so good. It was relaxing and soothing. Felt very comfortable. The staff were courteous and very warm. The chef, Yogesh created magic in every meal. He also attended us personally and took feedback. The fact that the property is right on the bank of maa Ganga is the clincher. Loaded with luxuries and the evening Ganga Aarti that made us feel elated. Evening cultural programme by the local artiste on Friday was the stealer and it was very entertaining! Clogged basin . Loose and falling out toilet cover . Bad last leg of the approach road. Nobody came to take luggage at the time of check out inspite of calling.

The rest of the hotel is slightly outdated, meaning the corridors, reception and the restaurant inside hotel. Food during dinner also not the best.

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The view is magnificent. Staff in Latitude restaurant was lovely.
