“I’m from Kenya and recently visited Italy for both business and leisure. While booking our stay at Ostello Ossigeno .we had no idea how far it was from the Itri train station.
Our train arrived after 10 PM, and upon asking for directions, we discovered that the accommodation was a 30-minute drive away—with no public transport available at that hour! Thankfully, with the help of a local, we contacted Ostello, and the hosts kindly drove all the way to pick us up for a very reasonable fee of €10.
The night was peaceful, the location is truly surreal, and Michele—our driver—was incredibly supportive. He also helped bridge the language gap, making communication much easier in English.
This place is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a quiet escape.
