Our first night at dinner there were only another two people and it just felt awkward.
The restaurant staff were brilliant but the reception staff weren’t nearly as authentically hospitable.
Finally I was extremely disappointed with both booking.com and the reservation team at Borgo Dei Conti for not managing to organise an adjacent room for my children. Instead they were on the other side of the building. Zero stars for that blunder. Paying using a weak Australian dollar at a very expensive hotel that sort of oversight is not acceptable”
