No hot water and no on-site representative to assist - while our host did his best it still made it uncomfortable for our family group preparations for our return flight home. The property manager or cleaning crew should have inspected that ALL services including - hot water - were available for the next guests, especially with such a short stay we did not have time to investigate further.

Very efficient - Claudio's instructions were perfect and was prompt and personable with all interactions using What's App. Great location for short stay from and to FCO airport. Trenitalia station Parco Leonardo was literally across the street and with only carry on baggage walk to the station was very easy to navigate - even for our elderly, mobile parents! :) There is a mall close by with a food court, Cinemas and typical mall type stores including a supermarket and IKEA.

I think trying to find the area as I thought it was bit closer than it was after train it wasn't where we thought so then a taxi. but once there it was close the the airport which was helpful for when we were getting picked up .

Host was great at keeping us updated with everything and even sorted a taxi for us for an early pick up time .

Instructions for how to get into place could have been a little better, but we were able to contact owner through what’s app and get it figured out once we were on site.

Place was close to airport and we needed to leave fairly early the next morning, but still 10-15 minutes drive to airport. Train station literally across the street but we didn’t want to carry all our luggage aboard. If only 1 bag per person we would use train.

Access to the property from the airport at night is almost impossible as there are not taxis at the Rome airport at night and there are no trains to the property. Also from Rome at evening the trains ends quite early. Those considerations should be taken when ordering this property. If you have a car, this is good location, close to the airport. Also is was booked with breakfast but the owner only left few products. Those cannot be considered as breakfast.

It was easy to get there, the whole process of taking the key and returning it was comfortable. There was coffee and a a makineta.

I believe that an effort could be made for cleanliness.

The location was perfect since it's right next to the train station which can bring you in 7 minutes to the airport. The air-conditioning works perfectly. The place is very quiet even though we are close to the airport. All the amenities were working perfectly! The host was very helpful and always available on the phone!

I think it is best to remove one of the two twin-size beds and leave the foldable bed as the option for the second bed in that bedroom.

It is not clean (dust in the corners, plates and cans were dirty) and the kitchen utensils are not enough. A kettle would be useful and also coat hangers. The terrace could be more clean to become an attractive corner of the apartment.

The position is very close to airport, but far away from the city. The last trains from the city are at midnight. It is closed to the train station.

After verifying by phone that late check-in is possible as our flight landed in the middle of the night, we booked the place. Then we got a message saying that late check-in is not possible. Then, all our allempts to cancel or communicate were bluntly ignored up until the very end. Eventually we were charged for the stay and got nothing for it. Finally the owners even had the nerve to accuse us of lying. This experience was obviously the worst we ever had and we recommend to stay away as far as possible from this place.

No toiletries provided, not even hand soap. Guest bathroom had left over toiletries from previous guest which were almost empty. The property is an apartment in a tower block on the outskirts of Rome.

The apartment is great but the location is quite dodgy. There are low income apartments all around it and our car got broken into and the window smashed. Judging by all the window glass on the road, and communication with the police, it's a very common occurrence.

The apartment is great and Claudio is also great to deal with. He was very apologetic and helpful in regards to the car break in.

First of all the location of the apartment is a €30.00 taxi from the airport, set in an industrial like location beside a large mall. No taxi would come and pick us up or food delivery. We feel that there are better options very close by with two hotels in the direct vicinity which would have led to a better experience on our arrival to Rome. The apartment itself is perfect for a quick and short stay if heading into Rome after catching a late flight. It is comfortable, clean and genuinely a decent stay. The real problem is the property owners who rang and harassed the person who made the booking on the morning after our stay making accusations that four people had stayed in the apartment despite this not being the case! Despite arriving late, they wanted us out of the apartment by 10.30AM. This was news to us as we assumed it would be at least 11.00AM. They settled on 10.45am! Very Decent! The owners then sent links to a personal number on our account demanding payment for a 'tourist tax' that we had never heard of before or seen written anywhere in any of the adverts on booking for the location. They initially said it was €40.00 through broken english and sent a link and then when queried about how this would have taken the total to €200.00 for one night in total, they said it was €4.00. When I spoke to the female owner after her husband got very angry on the phone with another guest, she threatened to call the police over this issue. When I laughed at the fact all this hassle was over such a small amount of money, I happily agreed to pay the €4.00 tax and highlighted that this was obviously an oversight and something they needed to highlight in their advert or build into their price. After I asked them to bill me through booking.com as for tax and convenience reasons I didn't want to pay them cash they then accused me of breaking a window in the property and that we now needed to send them €50.00 An absolute nonsense accusation and a scam. Avoid!...

It was very very basic. You don't get value for money. The photos don't really reflect the feeling in the apartment. Some of the furniture is falling apart. Very basic. Unpleasant neighborhood.
