I found the lift a bit terrifying. Additionally, there was a coffee machine offering free coffee but it was not working.

The view from the roof terrace was spectacular. The accommodation was spacious, clean and excellent value for money. There was the option to pay for breakfast which we did and it was delicious. I would not hesitate to stay again when returning to Arezzo. The staff were very kind and pleasant.

Very good location, minutes walk from the station and very near the best historic centre. Well organized with self checkin, host always available on messaging app for any request. Room was large and clean, bathroom and toiletries. Comfortable bed. Recommended and I would stay again.

Nothing, it was fairly simple accommodation but for a brief transit stay was fine.

Spacious room, well equipped for our needs with a good sized bathroom air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Close to the railway station. We arrived later and left early the next day so didn’t see anyone. Let ourselves in with a PIN code and all worked ok.

A bit tired. Truly minuscule lift: 1person + suitcase a tight squeeze. Bed bottom sheet felt like sandpaper. Impossible to fully close the curtains. Shower was impossible to use but in fairness after reporting, a plumber promptly attended to give a usable low flow.

Location near station but easy walk into centre. Roof terrace pleasant.

Not much of sound proofing, when people speak loud outside the door at 8 in the morning you can forget to sleep in if you had that in mind.

The elevator is very small and of us took the elevator with the luggage while the other walked up/down 4 floors

Wonderfully located, five minutes from train station and at the foot of the beautiful old town center. Communication was good and we received access codes. The room and the bathroom are huge. We had a wonderful view of the town center and the hills around Arezzo. There is also a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of of the area. There is a playable grand piano in the shared lobby reception area. Also tables, fridge, (free) coffee and tea. We ordered a continental breakfast (9€) and were served toast, ham, cheese, croissants and had an ample selection of fruit, juices, marmelade etc to choose from. Check out was at 10.30, but we were able to leave our bags for a few hours until our train left.

The lift was very small. We would have had trouble using it, if we had larger luggage. The name B&B 52 Centro implies a bed and breakfast. You could have breakfast, but you had to pay extra for it.

Excellent location. Very comfortable, spacious room. The communal area for guests was very useful. Having a rooftop terrace was fabulous. Views were wonderful. Friendly staff.

We booked a room for 4 adults and asked explicitly for 4 single beds. It seems that in many accommodations confuse a double bed with two single beds, if you travel with friends then you know that it is not the same. Anyway, when we got into the room, there was one double bed, one single bed and one additional bed for kids (the weak extra beds that you get for kids). We complained about the beds as we were four and we asked explicitly for 4 single beds before booking. They offered an extra room with a double bed. Then we had 1 double beds, 1 single beds and the additional bed for kids. As we were not kids neither small we decided to convert one of the double beds into two single beds. Then bitter experience because if they had told from the beginning that they did not have 4 single beds for adults we would have booked anywhere else. Location was good, but the experience with the beds ruined it.

Location was really nice and the building has a lovely terrace with a nice view of the city. It has also a few chairs that allow you to chill out.

The lift is very small and since we were a group of 3 we need to organize our selves to get up and down. However this is not the properties fault and on the whole we had a very enjoyable stay. The room can be a little noisy however the location is central so this is to be expected.

The location is great and they also offer tea and coffee making facilities outside ones room. We also made use of the terrace found on the top floor.
