Though at first it looked like just another small hotel, it stood out due to its great attention to detail, which is important for making guests comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff promptly checked us in. The room was stocked with tea, coffee, slippers, and other amenities. Special thanks to Romeo, who was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The location was exactly were we wanted to be, right in the heart, easy walking distance to all the main attractions, Piazza Navona one street away, Great food on the doorstep from both sit in eating, and carry out, bars really friendly, pharmacy and market very local, we travelled into to termini via the Leonardo express ( check YouTube tutorial prior) 30 mins walk to the apartment. taxi optional, we travelled very light, the room is on the third floor , there is a lift, nice breakfast served in the room, fresh flowers and coffee facilities ,everything very clean and tidy, en suite was modern and clean ,house keeping super friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome by the host, albeit being on a bustling vibrant street, once the balcony windows closed it was silent. If you struggle to find it, just ask at any local Bar's its no35 , they will direct you, use the button on the right to contact.

The last day we had requested to bring us the breakfast at 8:30 in the morning because at 9:00 we had planned to check out, but the breakfast never came. I texted the contact lady and she told me that she will arrange with the cleaner to bring us the breakfast, however the breakfast never came and she finally texted us that it was the cleaners' fault...

Only thing is that the elevator starts from one stairs high.

The lady from the personal was really nice! We could have a late check out for free... also they don't have a breakfast room what means you get breakfast on bed :) Also the location was good which is necessary in Rome cause there public transfer is really bad. Thankfully we had a good locations with just a 5 minutes walk from the pantheon and a 20 minute walk from the vatican city and the colosseum.

It wasn't a problem for us but the lift is obviously very old and tiny, which we didn't use. Therefore, we walked up the three flights of stairs in the building to get to the MyNavona rooms. Something to bear in mind if you aren't keen on very old lifts and not so mobile. Also the reception desk is not manned, they meet you on arrival only to check in, the rest of the time the house keeping staff are there to help but usually just in the morning and early afternoon. Fine for us as we just text lorenza our questions and she usually got back to us straight away but if you like to have someone there all the time this could bother you.

Amazing location, in the heart of the historic centre. All sights are walkable. Big room, lovely shower, breakfast brought to your room in the morning! Helpful staff, especially Romeo who made me a special birthday breakfast and gave us prosecco for my 30th.

Breakfast was amazing and staff were very accomodating. We had an early day trip one day which meant we would miss breakfast and the staff organised to leave food for us in the fridge the day before so we could still have something to eat. The room was cozy and the location was the best part, easy walking distance to many attractions and good restaurants/shopping nearby.

This location was everything! The proximity of the accommodation to all the key tourist attractions was a major plus point, coupled with the nice decor and clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help - we loved our stay and would definitely return! Special thank you to Agnes!

Breakfast time/type (sweet/salt) is to be confirmed at checking, but can be revised during the stay, preferably the day before, it is served in the room and itis consistent. There is coffee/tea/water in the room included. Staff is very amable, open and helpful. It is very clean. There are plenty of restaurants around.

This was our second stay here. The location is ideal for exploring Rome. The staff is absolutely amazing. The breakfast served in the room was tasty and plentiful. The rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable. We will always try to stay here when in Rome.

A bit noisy on Fridays and Saturdays if you get the room in the main street.

I loved the atmosphere of the property and room, the decoration, the bed was very comfortable and the staff especially the housekeeper Agnese who was very warm, pleasant and respectful at the same time. Breakfast served in the room was very nice and served with love 😊

Great apartment, very comfortable and quiet (with the windows closed you can barely hear anything from the outside environment), the location was great with several restaurants nearby, close to the Navona square and the staff was very helpful and nice.
