The location was perfect from train station, easy to walk everywhere. The room & bathroom very clean and comfortable. Nina is amazing 👏 so friendly and helpful. So much information to help you get around. Gave us suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Her B & B is perfect, had breakfast on our terrace outside so quaint. Highly recommended 👌 loved it.

Convenient location a short 7 min walk from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. Room is comfortable and clean. Nina is very friendly and gives clear instructions about the place and how to go around Venice.

We loved how Nina communicated with us gave us excellent directions on how to get to the B&B. Our room was extremely clean bed was very comfortable.The location was great in a very quiet location . Walking distance to everything which was great. Highly recommend.

The bathroom is only reachable via quite steep stairs - would be good to point that out in the room description.

Bathroom was up some steep stairs, which was fine for us, but not ideal for an older couple.

The property was a very close walk from the train station, which was very convenient when we arrived in the rain. A close 5 minute walk to Campo Dei Frari. Our room was clean & the bathroom was very modern. The property was in a lovely quiet street

We loved everything starting whit Nina that gave us excellent reccomendations. The room was great and she also gave us a few treats to eat and drink. The location was excellent and very quiet. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and hope to be back some day.

Air conditioning didn't seem to work. We went to the wrong Ramo de le Meneghe to leave luggage-there are to. Possibly an indication of how many minutes away might have helped get this right

Location was perfect, 5 minute walk from bus and railway station, less than 1 minute from Grand Canal. Close to many restaurants/bars/cafès and all tourist sites without being in the thick of it. Host Nina was super nice and helpful and room was very clean.

Nina and her staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service. Spacious and comfortable bedroom with mini fridge, coffee and tea-making equipment, and a sweet treat each day. Spacious, private bathroom just outside the room. All kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Great location, just steps away from the Grand Canal, and opposite Stazione Santa Lucia. Tucked away on a very quiet 'Calle'. Added bonus of free luggage storage after check-out, which was really useful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in future. Grazie mille, Ana!

Nina was very nice and gave us some good suggestions upon how to explore Venice. Room was very clean with everything needed. To walk from the train station, you have to cross Ponte degli Scalzi, which was a bit difficult with big luggage, but otherwise, it was a tolerable short distance.

Although we knew the bathroom is private without the internal access, we did see some practical privacy issues. Placement of mirrors inside the room expose the entire room to the gallery when the room is opened - for external bath access, the room is opened several times. Hosts could consider providing bathrobes and bath slippers (even if it comes at additional costs)

Its not that we didnt like but it can be an inconvienence for some, the external bathroom. It is private and very clean tough, fresh towels daily.

Nina is a great host, very caring and nice. She cleaned out room daily and even tough we didnt booked with breakfast she made sure we each morning got coffee, tea, fresh water and croissants or brioches. The little things matter. Also the location is very good. Literally 2 mins walk from the Santa Lucia train station or Piazzale Roma bus station. 20 min walk to Rialto bridge

Nina’s was the best place to stay in Venice. Immediately she was so friendly welcoming us at check in, and gave us some amazing local tips of places to go, along with a special map! The room was really lovely, and had lots of character with everything you need, including a great coffee maker for your morning espresso, and a little extra surprise! The bathroom was lovely and really clean with everything you need. We would recommend Nina’s to anyone visiting Venice, we had a lovely time and couldn’t ask for somewhere better to stay.
