Excellent staff-very accommodating, welcoming and available. It was VERY noisy at night due to the bars next door which made it hard to get to sleep before 2AM. Could use a little TLC in the bathroom, but it was a great place for the price

The shower is very weak and you have to wait a long time for hot water. Constantly running water in the toilet

Nice location near piazza navona, you can get there by bus from the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants around

The room is nice but the pictures are more beautiful than the reality. For this price there should be at least an electric kettle in the room.

This place has a very good location. Unless you are light sleeper and don't want to stay up late. The lively noise from the street sounded cosy for me but it might be a problem for some. I liked the high ceilings.

The shower was a bit small, I barely fit in but it was fine..

It was a really nice room with a very fair price, good staff and everyday we had our room cleaned! On top of all you had free coffee every day and a croissant!! Thank you for everything!

Shower super small but works fine. Stairs are steep if you’re coming back from a night out but just be careful.

Shower had a lot of mould behind shower sliding door and smelt mouldy. Check in was 1pm, I asked if we could check in at 12pm, when we were arriving in Rome, they said they’d let us know. At 12.30pm after we had lugged our luggage to a restaurant to wait, I messaged and they said they’d let us room was ready, tell could have tell us know earlier so we could drop our bags

A little confusion about check in time / communication. On booking it said 1300, then I got a text saying 1330. When I selected a check in on booking they approved 1200 to 1300 checking, but once they messaged me they said after 1330. So just confusing communication.

The property had all of our needs including complimentary soaps.

The hot water system was not good. The hot water was cut off while I was taking a shower, and I had to continue with cold water despite being sick. And there is no lift, so it is unsuitable for the elderly.

The location is great, with restaurants and shops around. The size of the room is good.

Nothing everything was great!

The location was perfect and very central to a lot of dinning options, stores, a safe plaza, the Pantheon, and a short walk to tourist attractions like the Vatican and the Coliseum. This was one of the few B&B's that offered air conditioning and it was truly strong air conditioning for the summer heat. It was also easy to get in and out of the property, the neighborhood was safe. There was no breakfast offered or 24 hour desk service but Bahareh, the main front desk staff member was available via phone, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even set up our transportation for a 4 AM airport departure.

The stairs were almost impossible with luggage. Very old stone stairs that were worn in the middle. You had to be very careful on them. The room was down an alley which looked sketchy when we arrived but it turned out to be a great location!

Right in the middle of everything! So many great eating places around the corner. The nightlife was great! The bed was very comfortable.
