The reservation was for my parents as a gift for their anniversary the staf made them feel amazing, they helped me organise a sparkling wine and flower bouquet for my mom. They were very helpful with anything they need the location is perfect for Vatican by walking. The room was clean and with good air-conditioning. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a nice vacation in Rome.

One can hear all of the sounds from the neighbours + the AC was quite loud (although it made the room cooler, no problems here)

The location was great – it was very quiet during the nights, and there was a bus stop 5 minutes away from the hotel (very short ride – and you are in the city center). Or you can take a walk to Vatican :)

The bathroom was smaller than expected, our room didnt have an iron or iron board but staff provided one to use when asked. There is no full length mirror in the room and only a small thin fridge.

Excellent staff, fantastic location. We were able to walk 10 minutes to the Vatican, bus and train station less than 5 minutes walk and a variety of cafes and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Breakfast was good and the range was quite good. Air-conditioning was great in the room.

Bloom Hotel is a quaint hotel in the heart of Rome and walking distance from the Vatican without all of the noise. The Staff; Jocobo, Valerio, and Macela were amazing!

If we really had to nit pick, the shower and sink was very slow draining but that was about it.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady on reception. Took time to recommend the best places to eat, how to get around and we felt genuinely looked after. The hotel was lovely, modern and comfortable. In a convenient location to get around by public transport or walking to Vatican City etc. Air con was brilliant considering it was 36 degrees on our visit. The view from the bedroom window overlooked local landmarks too.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights when visiting Rome. It was such great value for money. The location was perfect. Short walk to Vatican City, shop s and restaurant. The staff were so helpful. I would highly recommend guests to stay here. We will definitely book to stay here again when we return to Rome.

Water pressure not amazing, but just meant showering took a little longer. Breakfast room not attractive as in the basement.

Easy 15 minute walk from the Vatican City. Super king bed, which was so comfy. We had the most fantastic 5 nights sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maid service every day. Fresh towels every day.

The only negative is you have to walk down a hill to catch your van. Not a big deal though. It is a gated facility

The room was very clean, the beds are comfortable. The stuff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were extremely lucky with the location: close to Vatican City, to restaurants. The historic part of the Rome walking distance with absolutely stunning view.

Breakfast was okay. Felt like toaster could have been better as it just didn't toast. In the room, the kettle when plugged in had to be placed on a chair as it didn't reach the unit it was originally on. A small fridge would have been nice to store some milk or water.

Room was lovely, clean, bed was comfortable bathroom lovely. Very central location. Fantastic view of the Vatican from bedroom window. Staff were helpful kind and friendly. Air con was spot on. Worked so well.

Cool little hotel that was clean and well decorated. The staff was really nice and friendly and answered all of our questions. We also had a fabulous view of Peter’s Basilica from our room.
