The location was amazing. It was in the middle of restaurants, shops and close to Vatican City. It was conveniently close to metro station as well. Marina was fantastic!! She helped with our plans before arriving and set up last minute transportation for us. We had 2 teenagers with us and she ensured they were just as comfortable as we were.

Marina is incredibly generous and hospitable. We arrived on Christmas Eve, and she went above and beyond by giving us thoughtful gifts, especially for the kids, a truly special touch! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed she even helped us arrange a parking reservation near the property, making our stay even more convenient. Marina was very accommodating and ensured we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was excellent making the entire experience stress free. We will definitely be back!

Location is excellent (walking distance to the Vatican and close to a lot of the restaurants, the Metro station). Our room had a nice view of the area, very clean facility, and the manager, Marina is very helpful and ensured that we have everything we need and our stay as comfortable as possible. The wifi is impressively good.

It would help for arriving guests to be informed that this hotel is not "traditional" in the sense that the lobby is accessible just off the street, as is usual. The hotel actually consists of several rooms on upper floors, and there are many other residents and businesses that occupy the building. When we first arrived and were greeted by a locked gate, we didn't know how to proceed and thought we had the wrong location. We ultimately saw the ring button for Catone Vatican and rang it and were buzzed in, presumably by Marina, who was expecting us. We then did not know which floor to go to. Marina finally met me on the stairs as I was ascending floor by floor. But until I saw her, I felt quite lost and unsure as to whether I had booked a reputable hotel. It all turned out wonderfully, but our initial arrival experience was disconcerting, for sure.

The location, though not in the busier central district, was excellent. The rooms (we booked two) were clean, comfortable and totally met our needs. The star of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel manager, Marina, who was always available and took care of our every need, question, and problem (ex. Not knowing how the AC thermostat worked). When she wasn't at hand, she gave us her cell phone number to stay connected. We have never received this kind of care and attention anywhere else that we experienced with Marina.

The owner of this hotel is extremely kind and helpful. When we checked in, she gave us useful information around the area. During our stay, I caught a cold and still had a fever on the day of check-out. She allowed me to stay in the room till 14:30 since our flight was 18:30 pm. I was really sick, so I appreciated a lot for her kindness. We left 20€ to express our gratitude, but she didn't even ask us to pay for extra because she knew I was unwell. Room cleaning service was everyday. New water bottle and snacks/sweets were replenished everyday as well.

The hotel is centrally located. It's within walking distance of everywhere. I stayed with my family for 2 nights. Everything was clean. The rooms of an apartment are rented out. The room we stayed in was for 3 people. The single bed was not very comfortable.

The appartment is an absolute joy to stay. It is next to the vatican. It is super clean. De airco works perfectly and the beds are absolutely comfortable. The host (Marina) is an amazing person and a absolute professional. She pointed us all the right spots in terms of food/restaurants, parking etc. As we made a mistake by bringing the roomkeys with us, she even came up and picked up the keys from our next stay. We recommend the place a thousand times.

I think it was excellent for a small family travelling for a sightseeing as you are out all the day and rooms were good to give you comfortable sleep/rest.
