We were out all day so this was an excellent venue to return to to sleep.

Maybe only one very small thing - the mattress was 7/10, but maybe we are just spoiled with hard matresses (after walking for 10/20km the bed was 10/10)

Everything was smooth from the beggining. As we travelled with motorcycle, both hosts were kind to let us park in their gated courtyard. The place was very clean! They even had so many snacks and coffee. The location was also perfect for the value. Hosts gave so many options for food and atractions

Having the first floor apartment would have been easier since we had heavy bags. But, we made it!

Excellent and helpful hosts; location next to police station made us feel very safe. Apartment was tastefully decorated and modernized. Located on a quiet street, a few blocks from Vatican and other history sites. Coffee, drinks, and tasty snacks were always available in the downstairs kitchenette.

On arrival, we could check in at 10PM, and on the day of our departure, we could leave our luggage in the house. The apartman’s location is excellent, everything is in walkable distance. The room is nice and clean, every day there was cleaning. We got coffee, juices and water in the fridge everyday. Francesca and Victoria were nice and helpful.

There was not a single thing we can point to as even something that needs improvement. Just an excellent property with awesome hosts.

The property was easy to reach by metro and bus, our two preferred methods of public transport, in addition to being a short walking distance from the Vatican and the central part of Rome. The staff were amazing! The place is super clean and safe. And the air conditioning was adequate to serve our needs. The breakfast/snack bar is a wonderful addition. The private bathroom was well situated as well. Vittoria and Francesca are amazing hosts!

The location is very good, very close to the Vatican, next to the police station, very safe; The room is very clean, the yard and balcony are very beautiful The most worth mentioning is that the owners of the house are very good, very enthusiastic, and provide a lot of help I highly recommend this accommodation

This didn’t bother us, but room is on the smaller side. It is so cutely decorated and super, super clean so made up for the room size. There is a common area and courtyard for added space.

We loved staying here. In old cobblestone lane. Even the entrance had character. Close to Vatican and we were there for the white smoke! Vittoria and Francesca lovely and helpful especially with info and recommendations.

Everything during our stay was seamless. The hosts were incredibly attentive and accommodating, and the property was well situated and very comfortable. The Vatican is literally on the doorstep, and in terms of staying somewhere in Rome, this is a lovely spot away from all the craziness and crowds across the river, whilst still within walking distance from everything. Would recommend to anyone.

Location is next to polis station. Feels safe. It’s abit off road, so may have to consider if you have luggage or bulky bags. Vittoria and Francesca are very warm friendly and welcoming. We love the place, room and facilities. Thanks!

There was nothing I did not like.

I liked everything about Civico 7. It is located 2 blocks from Vatican City and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s best sights and good eating establishments. It is impeccably clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The rooms are very well-appointed and no detail has been overlooked. The hosts, Francesca and Vittoria, are amazing people who go the extra mile for their guests.
