Overall the place was very good

The room was a bit on the small size. We had a large balcony area, but it was not private from the adjacent rooms. Breakfast was traditional Continental Fair. Lots of Choice and well presented. We should've done more research on location, as it was a bit of a walk each day to get to the City limits and the Metro etc. We did find some lovely restaurant only 5 min walk away on an adjoining street.

Location was great and it's a charming hotel. In particular, the staff were excellent, all really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The location of the hotel and the distance to the metro station are relatively close. The staff is very friendly. Around the hotel are orange trees and other fruit trees that give off a nice scent when walking through the streets. Recommendation to try Aperol Spritz at the hotel

Noisy dogs in the immediate area (not much hotel can do about that, but very noisy) Some facilities were not available, air con not available, so was a little warm. No real issues!

Breakfast was adequate, quite basic, but lots of it. The staff at this hotel were sensational, very friendly & so helpful. A special mention to Lucrezia at reception who was fantastic before & during our stay. Such a lovely lady & incredibly helpful & considerate. Nice restaurant, good food & again the young lady serving was fantastic & so friendly & always smiling. A lovely boutique hotel, good location & definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel, beautiful & elegant design in every single detail, very clean and refined room, delicious breakfast, very helpful & kind staff! The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! This is a very nice hotel, far away from the traffic but very well connected with the train to the center, just a 2 minute ride and you are at Flaminio (Piazza del Popolo)! Nice breakfast and very good restaurant. The receptionists were amazing, very kind and always available to help.

Having a water boiler to make some tee in the room would have added to the convenience.

The room was absolutely beautiful, with a thoughtful and well-designed layout. All the facilities were impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome chocolate accompanied by a warm letter of greeting. The terrace was a delightful addition, offering a serene space to relax. The toilet was spotless, and the inclusion of slippers—a detail many hotels often overlook—was much appreciated. The handwash and shampoo had a lovely, refreshing scent of orange blossoms, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The rooms are large. However, some of the mirror frames were worn out. A small touch could take the hotel to the next level.

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever had. The staff's approach makes you feel safe. A staff that answers every question completely and directs you correctly.

Breakfast is advertised to 10.30am but actually they want you out of the room at 10.40am to set for lunch. They literally kick you out so maybe not the best way to go about it.

The hotel is in a very quiet location with beautiful courtyard and terrace. The rooms are very comfortable and the ones with the private balcony just amazing, with beautiful views across Rome. Breakfast was also good.very helpful staff.

Very cute hotel with cozy rooms. It’s no problem to store the luggage before Check-In in the hotel. Chiara from the reception is the best. She is very professional, kind and helpful! She always tried her best to assist by open questions (she even helped me to catch last minute Colosseum tickets☺️). The rooms are clean and the hotel is located in a quiet area. There are many bus stations close by to reach most of the attractions within some minutes (ca. 20 min to Trevi Fountain).
