Only a few of the staff spoke English. The breakfast (€10 pp/day) was very limited and basic. Did not cater to dietaries.

Great location! Relatively short walk to Termini station as well as Trevi Fountain. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The neighbourhood was safe and there were plenty of shops and restaurants and laundromats close by.

I tried to pay in advance of check out, but the staff insisted I wait until then. When the time came, I was told they could not accept card payment and so I had to find an ATM and withdraw the full sum. This was really stressful as I had immediate travel plans. One of the plug sockets didn't work. The wifi signal wasn't great in my room. It's true that there was sometimes a weird smell emanating from the bathroom, while I also saw a silverfish in there one night.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was within walking distance from everything and close to the metro. I found it a very quiet and peaceful place to stay, and would visit again. It offered really good value.

No stable internet connection. No hot water in the shower. No good breakfast.

The best of all was the location. It was near to almost every touristic attraction we wanted to go and well-connected too with tramvia station nearby and multiple buses too. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but at least it had a double bed which was our purpose, a place where we could sleep and spend the night. The breakfast was included in our booking, but it wasn't as good as we wished. No much variety to choose from. And the coffee wasn't the best. Sometimes, we didn't have hot water in the shower. And the internet connection wasn't stable. The staff was really kind and social though.

The queen was two fulls put together which was moderately annoying. Shower was slightly small but nothing crazy, I think it ran cold two times in two weeks so no big complaints.

In simplest terms, it's a slightly-better-than-basic hotel, and when you factor in location, is a very good value. Great location, large rooms, 3-4 minutes walk from the repubblica train station and about a 10 minute walk from termini. You'll be able to make it just about anywhere in Rome from here. Staff was generally friendly and helpful.
