Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There could be more varianty for breakfast, everyday it was the same.
Very clean, amazing smell in rooms and lobby, fast Wi-Fi, large and comfortable beds.

I missed an outlet near the desk to charge devices, I therefor had to use the outlet near the floor at the other side of the room and put the devices on the floor untill charged.

It was very loud, every conversation or passing in the corridor was very audible. You could also hear the water pipes running along the walls, so much so that it woke you up.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms.

A little far from center. Need to take at least 2 buses in most cases.
Easy access to center as bus stop just outside the hotel. Clean and big room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Quiet neighbourhood. Good value for money. Nice restaurants few minutes from the hotel.

The bathroom washbasin drain was partially clogged and emitted bad smell everytime water was run down the drain. The smell persisted for long time after each use. This problem was limited to our room.

Just be careful if walking from the bus stop or the metro as there is limited pavement space. Shower not straightforward to operate. But these are very minor details. Nothing we didn't like.
A modern, comfortable, spatious, clean hotel. Room size much bigger than we expected, it was fully equipped with anything we might need, including toothbrushes and toothpaste! Staff are lovely and would do anything to accommodate our requests. Breakfast abundant and tasty, wide range of freshly baked pastries and bread. The bar stops serving food at 9pm, so they ordered a delivery from a nearby pizzeria for us (and their pizza was amazing and cheap). We slept very well and could hardly hear any noise coming from the lobby, adjacent rooms or outside street. Very well connected to the Vatican and Rome centre via public transport.

Breakfast, which we didn't originally intend to add, was delicious-above expectations. Your reception desk staff was excellent. Catching the bus across the street was simple, but we were not able to find the one to the Colosseum at the stop around the block. The only suggestion we would have for other out of towners using the bus is to be sure which bus stop will get you back to the hotel!

rooms did not look that spectacular or simply maintenance being done to them. walls were having marks on them we had ants in some areas of the room the bathroom door was not closing easily but you had to lift it up to not make noise
the big space that the court had. the pool was a nice touch in that warm period of the year. breakfast was diversified. Jenny, the reception and the bar staff were always so kind and nice to us during our stay.

Location is a little awkward if you aren’t familiar with the area although I would say the staff did try to support us where necessary. Booked breakfast on arrival for the 3 mornings, but missed one of the mornings so probably should have just paid as we ate, although when we arrived for breakfast there was nobody to check on who was eating so you could have literally just turned up without paying nothing. I seen the list with our name and room number, which was visible on arrival into the dining area, but never once asked before seating ourselves.
The room was very comfortable and the hotel itself is very well kept.

Free water in the room. We had to buy bottles from the bar before going to bed. (After buying and drinking a couple of bottles of wine in the bar!) :) Staff in the bar Excellent. Only a small reception bar.
Staff excellent. For me, this forgives a lot of other sins.

Staff were lovely. Hotel clean. Reception area lovely and cool due to air conditioning. Swimming pool a god send in Rome heat. Fabulous! Decent bus route to Vatican and centre of Rome. We were able to check out at 12:45 as we weren’t being picked up until 1pm. We were really impressed with this gesture.
