Decoration. Was a bit dated. But that’s not a big deal

Good shower clean n comfy beds They gave us a kettle and it fines with milk sugar n tea ( for free ). Receptionist were helpful and they help us book airport transfer. N taxi to go around the city. Breakfast has a good selection. Location is good. 15 mins walk to the colosseum. 30 mins walk to the Spanish steps The decor of the hotel was a bit old. But. It’s clean. So it’s ok. :))

there was no coffee maker and slippers in the room. Additionally, there was only one electrical outlet at the head of the bed. It was very difficult to dry hair with a hair dryer. I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago. The rooms definitely need renovation

The hotel was in a good location, had helpful staff and clean rooms. They were very helpful in preparing a surprise for my wife. Thanks for that and for the complimentary fruit plate and drink.

The internet was quite bad and it could do with an upgrade. Breakfast had a big variety but it was the same every day. The air conditioning was not working very well.

The room was quite big and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal as well and you could walk or catch the bus to multiple locations. Breakfast was good and overall experience was excellent.

the wifi drove me crazy cos it kept dropping out. Hopeless when you're trying to work. Also the lift was really slow which was frustrating. A bit on the pricey side.

The location was great and I was happy with my room. Had a nice lounge, a balcony and the bed was great (made me want to stay longer). The breakfast had a good selection.

We had to request for a change of room as we were given a very small room at arrival Lift is super small on one side barely 1 person with 1 luggage can fit in and breath too. No Water bottle was in the room. Later heard from staff they are given complimentary to some guest and not to some guest. While it was there in our first tiny room. Though staff was generous to not charge of water from mini bar. Beds were making sound and were old Internet was glitchy all the time Hot water kettle and coffee and tea arrangement in Room was not there. They don't provide it normally and we had to ask for it. Clearly felt hotel is old but with today's pricing

Forgetful night-staff didn’t action any room requests and totally forgot our 4am departure wake up call.

Hotel is modernised old-world. Wonderful hot food breakfasts. Superb location to walk from Roma Termini, Colosseum, Roma forum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon. Bus stop at front door of hotel and “Republic Metro” station 300m. The day staff are excellent professional & flexible with changes, and courteous.

Too small double beds (request a superior bed!), low water pressure (but not a dramatic nuisance)

The room was cosy and clean, but the double bed was too small. The superior bed (in the other room we booked) was much bigger and more comfortable. There's no kettle and iron in the room, but available at the reception. Breakfast was ok, but definitely below a 4-star hotel standard. The location is very good; close to Termini and the city landmarks.

Location was a little bit of a walk to the main attractions, e.g. the Forum / Spanish Steps.

The cocktails at the bar did not meet expectations.

Beautiful building. Junior suite was clean and comfortable..Very good location within walking distance to several attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good.

The price was a bit high for the conditions, we had an incident on the last night that we didn't like at all, we were on the top floor and from the many rains, water entered the room from the hotel ceiling, we had to leave towels on the ground to absorb the water. That night was very annoying for us. The staff of the 3rd shift offered us a room, but it was too late and the free rooms were in the other wing of the building and we were tired and had to leave the hotel in the morning.

The reception were kind and helped you when you had questions. We tried the breakfast one day, it was good. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close on foot to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the train and bus Termini was a 10-minute walk away. Overall i like it to stay here.

Wish they can accommodate late check out for people with later flights. No gift shop, I collect mugs from hotels I stay in. I love that mug in the restaurant, “Good Morning “ mug with the hotel name.

Rooms were too hot. Asked for room 506 to have the heating turned off or down but unfortunately this didn’t happen . Son referenced the room to like sleeping in a sweat box. Room 506 is also on the main road so noisy which obviously can’t be helped. Room 505 and 511 lovely and quiet

Property was in a good location. Close to the train station, trevi fountain etc Beds were lovely and big and comfy and staff were helpful with taxis etc

Some fixtures and fittings dated and showing their age. Intermittent unpleasant odour in the bathroom - stayed in Feb, worse in summer? Possibly closer to 3.5 star rather than 4 star hotel.

Suite was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bed. Location on via Nazionale was excellent Good value compared to other hotels in the area.

The restaurant and lobby staff are very polite and courteous people. they helped us a lot The staff helped us a lot with bus tickets. We will stay at this hotel again when we go to Rome. I also congratulate the hotel manager Because it brings colleagues together If there was an award to be given to the most beautiful hotel staff in the world, it would be the exe hotel staff. We recommend to everyone
