Minor detail - the balcony was flooded with standing rain water. Staff didnt manage to clear the drainage holes during our stay.

The WiFi was terrible and we ended up using our own 5G connection.

Hotel was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute stroll into the centre of Florence. The staff were friendly and Marco was very helpful with something we needed.

There was a bath in the bathroom but nothing to close it to keep the water inside to enjoy a bath. The walls are thin so you hear the traffic of the street outside.

The breakfast could be better. I was missing scrambled eggs, I think it should be standard for every hotel.

The room was a bit small for the cost. Hot water took very long to start. Staff was not that inviting.

The breakfast was really pleasurable and fresh. Staff was very good at filling empty items. Made service was excellent.

On site parking is limited and we had to park over the road. To be fair, the parking limitation is explained during the booking process. Shower was a bit cramped...hand held shower over the bath with no shower screen. These are minor issues with an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great location, close to a tram stop, main railway station and town centre. Bath towels were nice and fluffy 🙂 Good breakfast and easy access to the hotel.

The check-in time is a bit late, but at least they allowed me to leave the car in the parking lot with my luggage until the room was ready, which was helpful. The room outside was more on the noisy side.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy, and the location is very convenient — just a short walk from both the train and bus stations.

Little commercial (restaurants, shops) on streets. Had to walk to other side of train station(10 min). However, price was much less than other more central areas.

Room was clean, good size. Breakfast was good quality. Reception was good. Rooms were soundproof.

On a main boulevard with lots of street traffic. The hotel hallways could use new carpeting and better lights. The room size was average. The bathroom door didn’t close and it squeaked every time you opened or closed it. Breakfast was decent.

Most hotels now have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This didn’t. Somewhat belied the “hotel“ name as there was also no way to buy a drink or a coffee during the day. One staff member was really pleasant and helpful while the other was functional but did not really seem to care about people. Not unpleasant but could have been so much better small changes.

The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was fine also. The interior is pleasant. We had a very nice stay.

Better dietary breakfast options would have been great for vegan/non dairy. Hallway felt dirty & looked to have mould. Shower was a hit and miss.

Double bed was two singles mattresses pushed together. At night you fall in the hole between two mattresses Parking is limited, come early.

Was not easy to get into the parking lot. No access from inside the hotel. Had to walk outside on the street through the gate that was opened by the person at the reception. So, better to call and tell when you will be there for the gate to be open when you arrive otherwise no stopping in front of the hotel.

The location is great, 15 min to everything, parking is available and free! A good-sized room with good air conditioning. Morning breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff was friendly. Placed in a good area, close to the train station and with easy acces to the city center, bus and tram stations.
