Everything was generally fine. There was no kettle or bottle of water in the room but there was a vending machine on the first floor where you could buy water at a reasonable price.

The room was very cozy and clean. Staffs were very polite and friendly. The location is great, near one of the public transport stations and San Marco, but in a quiet area.

The price was high but in line with other nice places in Venice.

The perfect place to stay. Close to water bus stop at San Marco so access to everything. The staff was wonderful and the room was large and comfortable. It is Venice though things are not cheap.

Just one thing- there were no heating and it was a little bit cold for me since I’m a cold blood person.

I stayed for one night in a single room. The room was very clean, tidy. The reception lady was extremely nice! I satisfied with everything.

We were a day early for our Rick Steves tour and they accommodated us in the same room we were in 002 and enjoyed our stay immensely, very clean, tidy and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful

Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but I guess that’s everywhere in Venice. We hadn’t thought to come prepared.

Reception staff were so helpful - particularly Isabella who was so friendly. Hotel location was great - central & close to boat stop from airport but not too busy.

extraordinary location, 1 minute to the laguna , with the water bus, water taxi, alilaguna station. In 4-5 minutes you are in piazza San Marco. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, the bed extremely comfortable. I liked the breakfast, not a large selection but the kind of food that is tasty and keeps me full until dinner, like salami,cheese, eggs plus delicious freshly baked croissants and sweet bread. The stuff members, from reception desk to breakfast room to cleaning ladys , everybody was nice, kind, friendly. i felt great, i was with my mom and my aunt( they liked their room and breakfast too) and they commented on how nice is everyone and how they smile and look happy. I would definitely recommend the hotel. 2 things to consider, there are stairs when entering the hotel, - not many and my mom is 78 and was ok with climbing the stairs. second one it can be noisy in the morning, noise from the street, so if you like to sleep late maybe ask for a room with garden view.

A bit expensive

Great location and only 5 mins from the St. Marks Square and all other sights in the Venice. Rooms were sufficient, clean and comfortable. Only couple of mins from the Water Taxi stand for arrivals from the airport.

Excellent location, lovely staff, really clean nice room, excellent restaurant downstairs with real Italian food and wine. Good breakfast for 9 euros. Can walk everywhere and right by the water transport lines
