I caught covid while I was.here and was transferred to an isolation part of the hotel which is a very nice room. They have been very kind, efficient and helpful at a stressful time.

Although close to public transport, it was a long way from shops, and the true excitement of Rome.

The breakfast was fabulous, so many choices and all fresh and delicious. I had a large room, fairly basic but the bathroom (which had a tub) was excellent!

First day we were transfered to another hotel as there was no place for us (eventhough we paid and made reservation upfront). This was done without any prior notice to us. We were transfered to another hotel which was pretty decent, however far from city center and we were not happy about it.

This unit is located near Roma Termini train station, therefore it is really easy to get there from the airport. Also, there is a small fridge in the bedroom, which is pretty useful during hot days.

the lift is tiny ( two persons only) and one seemed to by constantly waiting for the lift .

considering the price and the location I think the hotel gives excellent value. The breakfast was more than enough to set one up for a busy day sightseeing. my room was simple, but perfectly functioning, and clean .

The shower head was not in top condition and the fridge was not working.

Excelent location, very close to mostly everything in Rome , lots of busses connections. Breakfast was very fresh and variate, had everything (to bad of covid restrictions regarding how the breakfast is served). Room was quiet , very clean , great view from balcony.

Double room with 2 single mattresses is always bad. Stayed 9 days in this Hotel, got an upgrade for my last 3 nights and yet there was the bed again. First floor is too noisy, everyday in the morning staff talking loudly as it's the same floor of the breakfast.

While the check-in and check out experience with Alberto was pleasant and helpful. I encountered some issues during my stay. Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for Alberto's assistance with the map and taxi booking. He was kind and made my arrival & Check out was a smooth process. However, I regret to inform you that I encountered some discomfort during the night. The bed in my room seemed to be somewhat dusty and, as a result, it was itchy, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. Additionally, the blanket in the room had an unpleasant odor, which further added to my discomfort. I understand that occasional issues can arise, and I believe it's important to share feedback to help improve the quality of service. I hope that these concerns can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

I must say that I was quite satisfied with the room size, which was more than adequate for a single occupant.

Make sure you get back from Ostia on the last train scheduled for 9 PM, using bus transport (or night bus) at Ostia is unreliable.

The room was nicely cleaned and it was a good surprise that it also had a small fridge. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices available. Castro Pretorio metro station is very close to taking the B metro to get into the centre. Using the B metro and Roma Lido train (100-minute ticket) to reach Ostia and its beach in an hour (changing to train at EUR Magliana)
