Good location, friendly staff, good quality of service, boat from the airport

There is nothing I can complain about. The staff was accommodating and very well organised. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. The boat shuttle was excellent and on time. All I can say was a memorable experience.

amazing breakfast, beautiful design details in room, furnishings etc large shower, all beautifully thought through and laid out plus a fantastic glass collection on 2nd floor, what with all the Venini glass in reception and the bar its like staying in an art show, so cool

great location right at the water bus station. clean and modern. restaurant had a great atmosphere and delicious food. bar was also great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. highly recommend

We stayed at the hotel in mid-November. At night, the room was very cold and as a result felt uncomfortable. We had to bury ourselves underneath the bed's blanket to create some warmth. It actually felt like camping. Our requests to have the room temperature increased were declined with an explanation that the hotel had pre-selected a certain temperature range which could not be exceeded. After three nights, we ended up catching a full-blown cold

Beautiful, new and clean hotel in a central location in Murano. Good size room and bathroom. Vaporetto dock is directly outside with good connections to Venice and the airport

Hallway smelled a little funky at times.

Comfortable, spacious room and a good vibe throughout the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff at reception and bar. Generous checkout policy (noon). Right by the water and next to public transport. Murano is very quiet at night, a nice contrast to the more hectic areas of Venice.

Everything was perfect.

The property is beautiful and the staff so pleasant and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean. I wish I had more time to spend there. my visit was an overnight before a cruise. Definitely plan to go back. The restaurant and bar both had delicious food and great service. Transportation to and from airport a plus.

room service didn’t seem to be bothered wether the room was cleaned or not (towels, shower gel, coffee and tea) we put a sign do not disturb from 3-4 pm they had the whole morning to do it and afternoon when I called the reception the excuse was you had a sign displayed on your door between 3-4 when the cleaner was there

not much to be honest £320 a night not even 5 star hotel as I would expected. didn’t offer any water apart from the fridge which you have to pay extra payed for deluxe king bed in reality was two singles put together had pain on my neck every night as I fall in the gap in between

I was a little disappointed that the hotels water taxi was not able to pick us up from the airport due to a flight delay and they had now (post covid) stopped running the service for guests into Venice itself.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just 15 mins water bus from the Grand Canal Venice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Standard of rooms and facilities were excellent.

Aircon in bedroom didn't go below 20degs so got quite warm at around 2am!

Staff were superb, extremely helpful and informative. Gave us some great restaurant and glass blowing recommendations. Also let my daughter have a quick shower before the flight home after she got soaked in saltwater by a speedboat! Good breakfast. Loved being on Murano, especially at night and first thing in the morning before the crowds arrived. Duplex suite worked really well for a family of 4 (we had a view of a brick wall given how the windows lined up with the arches but didn't matter at all. Rooms had skylights so very bright and airy).
