Great view from the terrace on the sea, private wc and shower, easy pick up of the keys (instructions for collecting the keys received per WA in the morning of the arrival date). Many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. IN the corridor was a coffee maker and a shared fridge with available water. There are another 2 rooms on the same floor.

No fault of the host whatsoever but be warned that the beach you see right in front of the accommodation is not free, there is a person guarding the beach chairs, which you must pay to use. They will also not allow you to lay your own towel down..While we visited we just left in our bathing suits and crossed the road, straight into the sea :D You could leave your keys in the same place you take them from while you swim.

Asked for a little extra something, as a young couple. Arrived to three towel hearts on bed, filled with petals. Such a cute gesture from the host. The bed and pillows were soft and clean. Plenty of towels. A little basket in the bathroom with soaps and such. The view from the balcony was lovely, there are two stools and a little table. AC worked well. Bathroom is small but well equipped. There is a hair dryer but I didn't even need it, as I sat on the balcony in summer heat and hair was dry in 10 minutes. There is free cold water bottles in the fridge in the corridor for guests to take. There is also a coffee machine ( that I did not use so cannot comment on that).

Smell of cologne was very strong in the room, but became better when the windows were opened.

Just coffee provided, but also free bottles of water were in the refrigerator which was great, the stay and location was great, in addition to the roof that had an amazing view and atmosphere. The room was very clean, and was a nice and cozy room. In addition, was literally less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The room isn't huge and might feel rather small if you were staying for a week and/or had a lot of luggage. For a few nights it's ideal.

The location is fantastic, overlooking the beach. It's about 15 minutes walk from the station. There are cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Water and coffee are provided and there is aircon in the rooms. We've stayed here before and it was an obvious choice when we wanted to return to Anzio this summer.

I deducted 1 point and gave a rating of 9 because the mattress has two holes, one where people have slept on the right side of the bed and one at the feet, probably because people stay there to put their shoes on . Another thing we were not comfortable with was the bathroom, specifically the tiny shower cabin, I'm very tall and my best friend has a few kg in plus and for her was hard to make the shower or to wash her hair.

The property is kinda greek style , has 3 rooms for rent on the first floor and a large, beautiful terrace on the second floor that any guest can use. The room is decently sized, clean, with a huge balcony which offers a wonderful view of the sea. The city is quiet. In the small hallway, there was an espresso machine with coffee, sugar, cups, and a fridge with still and sparkling water. The owner acted really professional and guided us through the entire process of checking in, recomandetions to eat, also he was very attentive at our needs! They have quiet hours and that's wonderful (the walls are a little thin..but that's not that bad) even in the city they close the stores/restaurants during hot hours. We really enjoyed and we thank him for everything! We felt safe and we had a wonderful time there!

Transparent door to the bathroom/WC. I was satying alone, so no problem, but for two people (partners, friends, parent + child, etc.) a transparent door might cause some discomfort.

The host was very kind and helpful, contacted me few hours before check-in with detailed instructions. The location is awesome - restaurants are close, the sandy beach is close, Nero's house is close. The parking is on the street and there's a plenty of it - we parked in front of the door. The room was extremely clean, well equipped, and the view from the terrace was holywood-like.

I can’t think of anything that we disliked about the room.

I am so pleased that we chose Mirage Rooms for our short stay in Anzio. Our room overlooked the beach and it was a fantastic view. The balcony had a table and chairs where we could sit and watch the waves and sunset - beautiful! The room was small, but clean. The wardrobe had plenty of space to hang clothes and the bed was quite comfortable. There is also a rooftop terrace with chairs and tables for guests to enjoy. We really appreciated the fridge full of water bottles for guests as it was very hot during our stay.

Too much light on the balcony over the windows/doors that you couldn't turn off so the light coming into the room through the shutters at night.

The location was the best. The room clean and welcoming. Lovely balcony to sit on in the evening looking over the beach. Really central, a few minutes walk into the main square of Anzio
