United StatesRoom was smaller than I expected and sparsely furnished. TV was little bigger than my laptop screen but was 3 meters away. Parking was adequate until the weekend when a birthday party event was held and we had to park on the heavy traveled street.
Buffet breakfast was good, not great. Few people were staying at the hotel during our stay so no need to put a big spread out.

SpainOur stay was just one night during the weekend and there was an event in the next door restaurant. It was loud until late in the night and that affected our sleep quality.
Location is good, parking is free, the room was quite large and clean. We liked most the breakfast and the possibility to have fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning.

United KingdomWe had two rooms, one of which was a family room, and a great size, but did not have a view of the mountains, rather a view of a neighbouring back garden.
The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options including soya milk for vegans. The staff were friendly and available at all times. The rooms were larger than average, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were spacious. The front room had a lovely view of the mountains. It was 5 minutes walk from San Domenico Church, a good pizzeria, and other shops etc. Although the hotel is on a main road, and is also used as a event and conference centre, we were not disturbed in any way. The hotel uses eco-friendly products in the bathrooms!

CanadaOur room was above the main entrance and if we opened the windows, the cigarette smoke from those below would enter our room.
Breakfast was always well stocked with a variety of food, fruit, beverages to meet all dietary needs - toaster and grill press were available as well - easy to use. Staff were attentive and very responsive to all requests.

MaltaHotel room needs a revamp Breakfast is poor with no eggs, no tomatoes or good cheeses or bread. Just sliced average cheese and bread and croissants & cereal & fruit & yoghurt. Restaurant was closed on Jan 1st and no close restaurant close by except Mac Donald's. No lift for room. New year eve dinner was very expensive and for Italy food was nothing special.
The hotel looks lavish and stylish in common areas. The new year eve dinner was good fun wrt entertainment

United KingdomEach room is decorated with high end furniture, and looks elegant and welcoming. Staff are always present and supportive. WiFi is easily accessible. Toilets are spacious. Rooms and toilets are cleaned, tidied up, and resupplied daily. Breakfast is included and includes plenty of choice. There's also the restaurant that provides meals for an incredibly convenient price

IrelandVery loud in morning we got woken up at 8 in the morning. Shower was very bad, temperature kept changing from very hot to very cold. Very cold room the first night we stayed we had to use an extra blanket and still were very cold.
