No window in the room with natural light; we had window but was overlooking a lift shaft, but it was quiet as windows were sealed very well

Excellent customer service and genuine care from Oksana; the housekeeping staff extremely friendly and lovely; Location was excellent, the non-front desk service hours were not a problem at all with their excellent instructions and assitance;

Only downside was room was internal, but we were barely there, so wouldn’t have made any difference in all likelihood.

Staff were absolutely standout, could not have been better. Location was great as was the room, which was pre-cooled for us (which was golden for us coming from winter directly into peak summer).

The hospitality was top notch! My family and I flew into Rome at 8 am and were so exhausted and they were so sweet to let us check in early! Very early! It was extremely clean and the accommodations were perfect!!

The hotel was as little difficult to find.

If you want to be centrally location, this hotel is for you. Great location, and the staff was super helpful & friendly. The "Boutique" hotel itself was a little difficult to locate, as we walked past it and didn't realize it. We didn't see any signage on the exterior. We told this to the staff. This hotel is very small and only has a few rooms, and is located within a large 5-or-6 story building. Our room was just a big square room with bathroom and shower. There is a lift in the hotel, but it begins a flight up. However, once you realize all this, the hotel is fantastic, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Once we got to where we needed to be, the receptionist was so sweet and told us how to easily get around. Once in the room, it was cozy & nice. The bed was beyond our imagination. We traveled in Europe for 5 weeks, and stayed at probably 11-12 different hotels. This bed was probably the 2nd most comfortable bed. I have a chronic back problem and generally toss and turn at night. Once I fell into bed I was enveloped in comfort. I fell right asleep. We felt the best part of this hotel, fortunately for us, was the convenience to everything. When we were there (June of 2025) the Tour De Italia bike race was going on in Rome and streets were blocked. This hotel was located on the route. We walked out of the hotel that day and within 5 minutes saw the leaders of the pack whiz by right at the curb of the hotel. Very exciting. It was also Italian Independence day, so we walked about 8 minutes to the Victor Emmanuel Monument to watch the flyover. Incredible! Other tourist sights are also within walking distance. The Colosseum is an 18-minute walk; The Trevi Fountain was an 8-10 Minute walk. However, buses and taxis are easily available. The bottom line with this hotel is it comes down to LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We'd be hard-pressed to find a better hotel that was more centrally located in Rome!

Location is great, at the heart of the city. We didn't eat breakfast at the Suites. Oksanna & Alessandra were darlings. So hospitable and warm. Catered to our needs. We felt right at home. Thank you!

The location is excellent—close to the central station and very near the main tourist attractions. We were able to do almost everything on foot. Both the entrance hall and the rooms are very clean and smell great. The organization of the space is also impressive. Comfortable beds and hot water in the shower. The host, Oksana, was very kind and friendly with us. She refunded an amount that had been overcharged and even gave us a gift! In the end, she also helped us with our luggage. Nothing to complain about—I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I can say here because the hotel was clean, the room spacious enough for the comfort of 3 people, the location was perfect and everything felt very personal and safe.

You can feel that the people who work here truly go above and beyond for the comfort of your stay and make the experience of Rome feel almost like home. The service is incredible and everyone is so very kind and sweet. The hotel itself is great but it’s the people that make it one of the best I’ve ever stayed.

No place is 100% perfect and what we had difficulty is with the single shower and wash room in family room when everyone wants to go early in the morning but can't complain.

The staff were amazing and the place is very close to all the attractions and shops and I will come back next time and would definitely recommend.The rooms and washroom are exceptionally clean and liked the old heritage construction of the building.

Perfect location in the middle of everything including only a 5 min walk to the Pantheon. It was tough to find and also hard with lots of luggage but once we were in, the rooms were lovely. Staff very helpful and I would recommend this property for a family stay in Rome

Bedding was a bit outdated with some marks that could not be cleaned probably. These should be replaced. Futon bed was not very comfortable.

The phone rang during the night and there was no one at the reception picking up the phone. Also the room were not noise proof (we could here everything from the corridor, unfortunately also French people that around 3am came back to the place)
