Shower head in the bathroom was loose.

Although the room is a bit small, it is very comfortable: a soft bed, AC in the room, bathroom has great water-pressure, and provides enough space suitcases and clothes. The room has a good fridge. The property also has a very nice terrace with a coffee machine. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The property has agreat location, close to many bars, restaurants, a metro station, points of interest, and grocery stores.

Gaining access to accommodation at the agreed time with Relais Roma Centro. We, & another separate booking, agreed to be checked in at 12:30. Eventually, person arrived to check us in at 13:00. It would have been appreciated to let us know if he was not arriving at agreed time. On arrival, to check-in, we had major issue with rooms. Our booking was confirmed for 3 persons in 3 separate rooms. Unfortunately, Relais Roma Centro initially showed us having only 2 rooms. Took best of an hour to sort the confusion out. Combined with the other problem above, it took best part of 90' minutes to check-in. Valuable time wasted. Also, confusion over Bed & Brrakfast. On the booking details, Breakfast was initially shown. However, booking confirmation had no mention of breakfast. Reviewing the Relais Roma Centro website showed breakfast under its heading. However this proved incorrect & Brrakfast is NOT included.

The room was written 26 m square, but really, it doesn't look like it. I was on 27 December, so for me, it was a bit cold for me , we used air conditioners, but it makes noise it is normal , so i think it is good to have ear plags it you need quietness. Otherwise it was wonderful staying. Thank you very much !

It’s very small. Also, we had a summer terrace right outside our window. People were chatting and smoking there till late at night, and then back again at 5 a.m. making coffee. It was quite noisy and hard to sleep. But it’s just the problem with this particular room. I’m sure that other rooms are quieter and more comfortable.

Location is just amazing! The room itself was nice and clean. We were welcomed with a bottle of white wine, which was really lovely and set the tone for the whole trip.

Just Average accommodation.A little bit grubby. Internal sliding doors to bathroom and walk in robe were broken and very hard to open/close. The building smelt really old and musty. Had some stains on linen and had lipstick on my towel.

Air conditioner in the room rattled and couldn't sleep with it on. Bathroom is a bit old but clean. Would still highly recommend staying here and would book again if we return to Rome

Location was exceptional, just a few meters from Fontana di Trevi. Staff was hyper friendly and always willing to help and go beyond. Maybe there was no breakfast but you could have a espresso in their terrace at any time.

Great location. All sights within a 30 minute walk, trevi fountain just round the corner. Supermarket across the road. Clean and reasonably quiet considering how central it is. Parking a few minutes walk away in a proper multi storey car park. Price reasonable too.

We were not given a towel to dry the feet after going out of the shower and it was uncomfortable. However, everything else was alright.

Very good location (i.e. close to Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon) and the street is not busy at night. The room was clean and comfortable.

The internet did not work. A major issue for me, after a full week , and having to work. I would have to go out of hotel for internet. Hotel access for check in was delayed. Our room was near entry doors for check in and late night noise was an issue

Perfect location, central to all the major attractions, within walking or using Metro/Bus. I understood breakfast was included, but was not. There was free coffee and biscuits. Great little food/coffee shop on the corner. Great AC and very comfortable bed. Daily room cleaning was excellent, with very friendly staff. Coordinating airport pickup and return was very smooth. Smallish bathroom, but adequate for the week long stay.

The hotel was very central to everything. It was around a 5-6 minute walk to get to some of the major attractions. The hotel was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
