Very uncomfortable bed. The mattress is obviously very old and caved in the middle.

Good Location for the historic centre and also proximity to Trastevere. Decent size shower and bathroom. For a 1 night stay it was spacious and convenient.

The woman who worked behind the counter. Can’t remember her name. She said she self taught herself to speak English watching English tv and reading mangas. She was exceptional.

No bar (there is a bar space but it was never staffed in the evenings). Rooms a tad small. Breakfast options were a bit limited and items not replenished quickly enough limiting the choice even further.

Excellent location. Nice decor, cozy boutique feel. Rooms were clean. Nice to have free water from the mini fridge. Friendly staff.

A certain lack of attention to detail: all lights in the room are bright, many of the sockets are loose, toilet seat was loose. I would audit the rooms and fix all those small pain points, it wouldn't take much to elevate the experience

Breakfast is very good. Location is decent, all attractions are walk-able. The 64 bus stop nearby goes to the train station (be sure to tap-on - the transit police board right before the station and check credit cards). 24 hour front desk is nice. Complimentary bottle of wine.

The location was terrific but it was quite difficult to find it. There was a road closure and our GPS could not recalculate correctly. The front desk staff helped by giving step by step instructions for which I was grateful.

The hotel is typically Italian in style but looking tired - especially the front entrance pot plants which definitely needed water and updating. Too many very small pots which were unnecessary and took away from the character of the building.

Reception staff were excellent and upgraded us to a better room - as we were a 9 night stay that was appreciated. Breakfasts were great - loved the fact that the desserts were homemade and different each few days - savoury dishes were also homemade and excellent in variety - could have been served a little hotter. Coffee was great and staff very helpful in knowing what we liked as far as coffee went. Location could not have been better - very quiet but only a 2 minute walk to Farnese Piazza and Piazza Verona a further 5 minutes away - no shortage of places to eat and experience the full vibrancy of Italy both day and night.

Hot breakfast food in the buffet was put on a platter and remained cold. Hot water issues in room but staff did fix this as soon as we notified them. Paper cups for our tea and coffee and no milk or spoons replaced after first day. Plastic cups for water.

Have stayed before different room . This time room faced out to front entrance very noisy all night . As we had to leave windows open as air con didn’t work.

The location is excellent for exploring we walked everywhere. Staff are friendly & helpful . Breakfast is excellent with plenty to suit all tastes.
