You could hear outside street noises in early mornings. Hotel itself was very quiet.

The bed was amazing! The room was very clean and the location generally - very close to all touristic places. Also rooftop terrace was lovely.

The bathroom and in particular the shower need a good renovation. Shower was not working properly, it was very old and not well maintained. There was not enough pressure for the water to come through enough and the temperature of the water was not even close to warm. For summer days is ok but during winter it is inaceptable.

Very close to the main train station. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices were offered. Both Italian style breakfast and continental breakfast.

Room a bit small- Minor point. Overall stay was good. Possibly on the expensive side.

The design of the bathroom allowed some water end up on the floor after the shower but it is not a deal breaker

The location was perfect. Very easy to get to any attraction by mass transit. The room was specious and comfortable. The option to store luggage before and after checking in and out was wonderful.

I thought it was overpriced for facilities, and I probably wouldn't rate it four star but three. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would return.

This hotel is in a very convenient location and you can walk to all the sights. The room I booked was tiny but fine for one person. It was a nice touch to supply a bathrobe.

The hotel lacked atmosphere because the bar/lounge area was small and not really used for its purpose. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the plastic mattress protector made it very hot to sleep on.

We had a really good sized roof terrace on the sixth floor and the lifts were pretty efficient, breakfast options were good. Location was also good, close to the main train station and walking distance to all main attractions.

A nice hotel close to Termini station. I stayed in different hotels in Rome during my travels but this one is one has the best value for money so far. You get everything you need for a comfortable stay and the majority of places of interest are within walking distance.

everything was OK, the hotel is excellent (the rooms are nice and tidy, the breakfast is tasty and varied). the location is great, the metro and railway are close to and most of the important monuments are within walking distance

Had to hunt down the bar man/jack of all trades whenever you wanted a drink, which isn't ideal, but he (Jumer) was great! Stocks of drinks behind the bar are also a bit lacking, but it didn't detract from our stay.

Location was great - walkable to the main tourist attractions, we got a room upgrade to a Superior Double with the amazing bed - thank you so much! Staff were very friendly, fab for recommending local places to eat etc.

Shower door couldn't be kept in full closed position. Temperature was too warm, even with HVAC off all-day. At night it's sometimes a bit noisy outside

I didn’t t realize the room would be that small when I booked the reservation. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable—I had a great nights sleep.

It was close to Roma Termini. There were a lot of good restaurants in the area.
