1st of all, it said B&B, but when i asked regarding the breakfast, they said they provided The picture is definitely not what you will see when u arrive. The bathroom was disgusting, with no shower curtains, so water kept coming out on the toliet seat and floor. The duvet had no covers on, so i guess every guest uses the same one without getting washed. 1st time i have encountered this. DISGUSTING. Just below average place to stay.

The beds are pretty hard so if you have a bad back you’ll either love it or hate it. The showers are also humorously small, but in a retro way. Biggest thing we missed was no fridge, but other than that wasn’t major disappointments.

To be clear, there is no breakfast so this is just a B not a B&B. But it suited us just fine as we only planned to sleep there and spend the days out and about. There is no staff, it’s self checkin, which worked fine. There were enough towels and toilet paper, but glad we brought extra toiletries. It’s not luxurious, but you get what you paid for. Good for budget-friendly travelers in Rome.

I had some trouble with the first self check in access and assistance was no quick and no nice to me. I had to stay 1 night without blankets for my bed. No way to have one blanket for the night on the spot. Not what You expect in a bedroom.

Wi -fi signal wasn't good, bathroom could be cleaner and 3 sachets of 10 ml shampoos for 2 persons and 4 nights is definitely not enough if cosmetics on booking are included. Be aware that name bed and breakfast is with no breakfast included, very poor equipment in the kitchen if you want to prepare something in the kitchen.

Location is excellent, close to Metro and Termini. Plus for fridge in the room but was not cleaned after guests, we found old and very 'aromatic' cheeses inside. Automatic check in and check out is very good option, gives you full autonomy. Nice and big towels.

Check in was a shambles. I booked the day before my arrival and advised in my booking that I would arrive between 2200 and 2300. I contacted the host when I landed by WhatsApp. Only got an automated response. Could not contact host by phone or text for two hours. There is no one at the property. I finally got check in instructions by text at midnight. Not impressed at all

The room is small, basic and comfortable. There is no a/c. The shower was clean and worked well. It is an excellent location and very good value for money.

There was NO WI FI and the building is super old and we had NO SIGNAL. Could barely order food. Was kind of cold even with the AC on. We received only half of toilet paper and ran out the first day, i called the owner and she never brought us some. I had to ask the cleaning lady in the morning. On booking it says that check out is between 7-11. At 10:20 the cleaning lady was very upset at our door and told us check out was 20 mins ago. Good thing she was very sweet and let us pack our stuff.

No internet at all. My friend and I stayed 3 nights there and when we arrived at the hotel we lost the signal of the phone completely. So it was 3 days with no communication. We needed to go out of the hotel to receive or send messages. Also, I tried to contact the reception with the number available but they never replied me.

false advertising. made it sound like a self contained apartment with two double beds, kitchen, washing machine and living room. reality was a tiny room crammed with a double bed and single. bathroom with broken toilet seat. as we were travelling with someone with disabilities this was so hard. absolutely criminal to advertise as they did. had to book somewhere else but they refused to fix the situation.

I dont usually write these kind of reviews but I have barely anything good to say about our stay. - Rooms do not look like anything that is shown on booking.com. - There was no tea/ coffee let alone have a decent place to take a proper breakfast. - Wi-fi connection was terrible and did not connect most of the time. - At the beginning of our stay the property made a mistake with our room (it seems that it was double booked), we were threathened that we would need to seek alternative accomodation if the mistake is not resolved or else pay full price again for another available room that they had. Thank god that booking.com customer service were able to assist. I would not reccomend staying in this accomodation!

Very noisy as the walls are thin. You could hear the tram like if it was in your room. We were freezing because there was no heating or blankets. They didn’t help us at all, didn’t answer calls, never even said sorry or tried to fix the situation. HORRIBLE!

Everything. self-check-in, the code for the first door and the gate were too long and not working, at my arrival the lift was not working. the instructions were not clear not only for me but for other people too. I had to help the new guests when they arrived since they had the same struggles as me. which means I basically became the receptionist at some point.

The room was falsely advertised, not the same as the pictures on the system. The bed was not comfortable or strong enough. I did not have pillows and blankets. the location of the B&B is best. I was not given breakfast even though this place is a "bed and BREAKFAST". Self-check-in is a mission, I was given long codes to check in, and some of the numbers were not working on the code machine at the door and gate. the elevator was not working when I got there so I had to carry my big bag up the stairs to the second floor. there was no one at the reception when I arrived, in fact, there was never anyone for the duration of my stay, at some point, I had to offer assistance to new guests who were arriving because they couldn't open the third door, so they kept on ringing the bell. mind you the same thing happened when I arrived, I struggled to open the door and unfortunately for me, no one was there to assist me. the owner was so hard to get hold of
