We stayed in an executive double room and it was just a beautiful room, so much space and was luxurious. We found All the staff were exceptional, they were so dedicated to making our stay so pleasant. We added an extra night to our stay and booked into a superior double and honestly, it was smaller but still a beautiful room. This hotel surpassed all our expectations and we will definitely be back. 5 stars and highly recommended!!

The property was absolutely beautiful, great location. Quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing. Grace is the sweetest woman in Rome, I look forward to another stay in the future. The self-serve bar was so convenient, clean, and based on trust. So be honest when using it!

The location is perfect. We had the deluxe rooms. They are large and comfortable, with a very big bathroom. Breakfast is very good. Modest but excellent, and we love the fact it is not a bombastic wasteful buffet. The most important element is the staff. They are amazing. They are kind, polite, so happy to help. Their tips and recommendations were always spot on. They turned a great stay into an exceptionally amazing stay

Very modern and stylish hotel, on a quiet side street off Barberini Square. The room was a good size, big bathroom, excellent amenities and luxurious. The staff were amazing, who took a real interest in our stay and plans for Rome, especially Grace. Excellent value.

The staff was so helpful, friendly and supportive. They recognized us immediately and said “Welcome back” when we returned and “Have a nice day” when we left. They have a very efficient system to hail Taxis and always matched the number of the taxi to our printed recipes making me feel safe with my young daughter. I had a mishap with my mobile phone’s eSim and they let me use an extra lobby phone to call the USA, the troubleshooting took almost two hours over two days and they let me use their phone until my issue was thankfully resolved. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, they had a nice Continental breakfast with a large assortment of items to choose from. The location was perfect, close to everything but also a bit secluded which made it quiet at night. We had such a great experience! We are headed to Florence and booked the Room Mate brand there too!

Excellent property with all hotel facilities and large rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. The pictures with the palms look strange on Booking.com and are misleading - the property has a very pleasant design with no excess.

Everything is really very well thought out for guests. If I have to pick something that may be addressed is that guests pay a lot of money to stay here. Having some type of drink and snack in the room that doesn't cost addition would make this hotel pretty much perfect.

Great Location. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff that tends to all your needs. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Elevator, which is very important to guests that can't climb stairs. It is one of the best breakfast displays we have seen in a long time.

We had a fantastic family trip staying at this hotel in Rome! The staff were outstanding—especially the reception team, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. It’s also wheelchair-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The location is excellent—just steps from the metro and bus stops, and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Breakfast may be small in size, but the quality is top-notch. A truly pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!
