Lucca is an excellent host and made our stay special. The pick up and drop off service is very smooth and it is just a short ride to and from the Airport. The location is excellent in that it is within walking distance of many good restaurants which are located in the village of Fiumincino which is located on the banks of the Tiber river where it meets the sea. The room was very quiet and the breakfast was good too.

Luca our host was excellent with his communication and assistance. From picking us up from the airport, after dropping our rental car off, to drawing maps to find places and presenting us with a lovely fresh continental breakfast. The property was well maintained and very clean and the location to the airport was approximately 5 minutes driving. Highly recommend.

What a great value for a sleep and fly, in and out of Rome airport..the property is 10 minutes to the Rome airport.. the room was very nice and clean. Luca does an incredible job making you feel at home. There are several restaurants right across the street from the property. Can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Luca is…Luca offers a shuttle to and from the airport for €10. Don’t use Rome airport taxis, they are a ripoff…we paid €30 for a taxi to the property (literally 10 minutes). We used Luca’s shuttle the next morning. Luca had coffee and a light breakfast ready in the morning before taking off for the airport.

Very nice host. Got picked up at the airport on request. Received a nice snack and coffee while waiting for room to be ready. Was able to check in early. Room was larger than expected. Bathroom was ver large had lots of towels. Extra plus was the amazon fire stick on the TV. Was able to sign in and out of my own nerflix account and view movies. There were stairs to the room but my bags were carried up and down the stairs. Airport was 10 minutes away.

Luca, the property manager, was wonderful! He responded to all my texts regarding airport shuttles, arrival times. He gave us a terrific recommendation for dinner in the town of Fiumincino which was close by. And right on time the next morning--super early--he cheerfully drove us to the airport. A surprising gem for an airport hotel! Highly recommend staying here.

Upon arrival and departure Luca was very helpful with moving heavy bags and providing useful information to meet our needs. We had a lengthy conversation - adding a very personal touch not usually found in these circumstances. Breakfast was exceptional.

Super happy with Sleep & Fly and especially our host Luca. Always punctural and courteous. He also took us to a local shopping mall before our flights for a small fees and pick us up there to the airport. Clear instructions to the river front and arrays of nice restaurants within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Very close to the airport and breakfast was included. Nice clean room. A little hidden gem and perfect for a quick night sleep before the flight. Will definitely stay again when I am transiting in room again

Luca and his hotel were amazing. Our stay far exceeded any expectations. The top experience, at the end of a 19 day cruise. If we are lucky enough to go back to Italy Luca’s hotel would be the MUST do!

Luca was extremely helpful with local restaurants and recommendations,the room was very spacious with a good sized unsuite and comfortable bed I would highly recommend this place to anyone for there last night in Rome and the transition to the airport was a 5 min drive which was stress free and very cheap thanks to Luca. + the breakfast was 1st class,noice coffee

Nothing failed to meet our expectations.

Luca provides a great service including picking us up from the airport, as well as taking us back to the airport for our flights. He is a very polite and provided us with much assistance including taking our (fairly heavy) luggage up to our room. In the morning, Luca prepared a delicious breakfast before he took us to the airport. The tariff was very reasonable for the room and his wonderful service. I thoroughly recommend staying here before lengthy travel - it makes getting to the airport stress free!
