The location was perfect for staying near Vatican in very beautiful Prati area, few steps from Mercato Triumfale. Very spacious family room, lot of light and extremely clean, comfortable beds, all you need is there. There is also terrace for use of all rooms of B&B, very quiet.

Everything was perfect, the attention too.

The place it’s bigger than we thought, we were 4 adults and a baby and it was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and a few steps from the Vatican. It has elevators!!! I mention this because my mom uses a walker and a few places where we stayed in Europe didn’t have and was kind of hard for her with the stairs.

The location us amazing! Everything is on walikg distance, but if you need to, there are bus stops all around, as well as the very convenient Ottaviano metro station around 2 blocks from the apartment. Enrico was super nice and always willing to help. For sure we will be back!

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. This was one of the best establishments I have stayed in and everything was well taken care of. Additionally the location of the establishment was perfect especially if you plan on visiting the Vatican. It was close to all major bus lines and only 13€ taxi to get to the center if needed. Enrico was amazing and he took care of everything for us and made everything stress free.

The owner is very kind, responsive and communicative. We got full assistance from him even though we arrived very late due to flight delay. There is a closed kitchen unit in the room with a refrigerator and everything you need. Free luggage storage after check-out is also available. And last but not least - the location is very good with convenient public transport.

The room was very dated,but personal opinion could do with updating. only 1 small mirror in the bathroom could do with also having a tall mirror in the bedroom. The shower took a while to warm up, and the toilet had no back, so if not careful when lifting the toilet lid, it would crash into tiles on the wall behind. I was happy to only be on the first floor as the lift is very 1920s style and only big enough for 2 adults. You only get tickets to have free breakfast in only one of the nearby restaurants, there are so many eateries I want to try them all.

The location was amazing, 10-15 mins walk to Vatican city and Castel Sant'Angelo, a good 40 min walk to Rome city centre there is a metro just down the road but you will miss out on so much of Rome if you don't walk. The bed was so comfy that as soon as my head hit the pillow, I had the best night sleep. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe. Enrico is super friendly. The communication was great even before I arrived. Don't forget that when you go to hotels, there is always the added tourist tax, which Enrico said I could pay on arrival or leave on the table in room when I check out. Breakfast was included,it is a traditional Italian breakfast, which includes a sweet pastry, fresh juice, and coffee. The room was very clean on arrival, the shower had good water pressure, and the toilet had a good flush, at night time it was quite quiet and dark, I was able to leave both window and shutters open to let in the cool night breeze, and then during the day I shut the window and turned on the air con. Free WiFi, which works great in the room, so no issues using the Internet.

Great location - close to metro station Ottaviano and very good access to Rome attractions by walk. Room nice, clean and quite big. Very nice and helpful Host. To sum up, I really reccomend that place! We will come back for sure!

Breakfast is small (coffee and bun/croissant), but it's typical for Italy.

The location is great, close to the Vatican and to the metro. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Cozy and calm neighborhood. The room was good. Note that you need to notify about check-in time in advance because the staff is not always in the hotel.

Nothing, everything was great.

Great host who was waiting for us and gave us sooner check-in. Apartment is located near metro station so you can get to the city center in a couple of minutes (railway station 20min). It is few minutes from Vatican Museum and many good restaurants are around the property. We really enjoyed this stay and room looks much better than on the pictures. Highly recommended! Breakfast is in the near coffee place - you get croissant and coffee by your choice which was so delicious. Dont expect more for “breakfast included” because this is italian breakfast.

Great location, very close to Vatican city and metro station which goes directly to Termini, the main transport hub in Rome. The host was very nice and helpful, we could always reach him if we had any question. The room was comfortable with enough space to put our things away, including mini fridge.

Excellent hotel in Rome! The location is just perfect, we only used the metro a few times because you can easily walk anywhere - it takes 30 minutes to get to the city center. The host was very friendly, he contacted us a few hours before our arrival and we even checked in earlier without any additional fees. The breakfast is in the cafe nearby, you get a cup of coffee (they even have soja milk!) and a yummy Italian croissant. The room was nice and big, with an AC - which is amazing in summer because it gets super hot in Rome. I would totally recommend this hotel!
