The hotel is in a great location, it takes 5 minutes to walk to Piazza del Popolo and there’s good food and shops in the area. All the staff at the hotel were really helpful, we had a great service overall. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. We didn’t try the restaurant at night. The hotel is nice. Well kept and clean. We stayed in a family room with 2 bed rooms and enjoyed that. Both bedrooms had an en-suite and in one of them there was a bath - which our youngest daughter really enjoyed.

There is nowhere to sit and relax. Apparently because it is low season the restaurant is only open for dinner, which gets really busy because the food is good. My room was 40 minutes late which meant I had to wait in reception which only has 3 chairs and plant or sit outside. There were no bathrobes provided and the only facility provided is a coffee maker, no kettle and a warm fridge. There are no amenities in the hotel at all if it was advertised as a 4* then it would hit the mark. Unfortunately the only 5* experience is from the staff, the room size and the restaurant

The hotel is really clean. The staff are so friendly, very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. The breakfast was really good and the waitress was amazingly nice. It is really close to the peoples square and you can walk to the Spanish steps in 10 mins. The Vatican is really close about £13 taxi and £15 from termini, the location is perfect!

Our bathroom was a glass cube which meant little to no privacy when using the toilet. I can't imagine this would be very nice for a couple who have not been together long. There was nowhere to sit other than the bed, no coat hooks, and nowhere to even iron cloths should you need to. It did feel like style over substance.

It was a very good location within walking distance of lots of attractions. the staff were very friendly and always on had to help. The hotel was very clean and bright and pleasant to stay in. Great food and the breakfast was generous.

Not enough storage in the bedrooms for clothes and luggage.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff outstanding. Position iS BRILLIANT. Just away from the crowds but easy to walk into town. The food is simply outstanding. Breakfast and dinner as good as any place I have ever experienced.

Bed squeaky/heater noisy/bathroom falling apart/road noisy/mo area to sit for a drink(too wet to sit outside) It is sold as a 5 star boutique hotel but it is very tired., more a 3 star old style hotel.

Room was sold as junio suite of 35 sqm, instead it was smaller, i would say 25 sqm Eveything very old, toilette wc non discharging well the water when flushing, same in bath, carpet dirty, very risky access in the bath where people can easily slip and have a serious injury, overheared, noisy bed not allowing privacy, internal parking sold at 35 euro a day which is really inflated
