I liked everything.

It’s location was perfect, close to all sites I wanted to visit. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. Receptionists were polite and helpful, specially Lela who is genuinely friendly and kind.

The noise level at night makes it hard to sleep, be sure to bring earplugs otherwise good luck getting any sleep. The hotel has a cafeteria open to the public and the rest rooms for that are next to the rooms so there is always people that are not guests standing around the door of some rooms which make you feel vulnerable as a guest. Skip the 50 euro breakfast as it is served next to the mentioned restrooms in the middle of the hotel rooms, wierd.

While I understand the location is in the heart of the city, the windows lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise.

Great if you are ok with just a check in desk and a very nice room and not much else. Pastries from cafe downstairs top tier though.

Limited space aropund the breakfast table. It was not a problem for us as we brought the breakfast to our hotelroom and enjoied having it in our room :-) We were also offered to sit down in the Slow cafe.

The hotel is superb as is.

I appreciate all the above, the aesthetic of the room was on par with my style. The delicate scent elevated the atmosphere; what was most appreciated was the comfortable beds AND Pillows as well as cleanliness. Meeting my expectations and ensuring my return to this hotel.

It was slightly noisy at night as our room was facing a busy road - not too awful, but not perfect either. The pillows were just uncomfortable.

The rooms were brand new, super spacious and stylish - I'd call it a design hotel! The ceiling in our room was just amazing. The hotel is in an old building but completely modern inside, which is such a cool contrast. The staff were really friendly, they also have a really good coffee shop, and the location is great.

We had a wonderful stay. We were warmly welcomed by Ciacomo and felt comfortable from the very beginning. The rooms were beautiful, especially the high ceilings which made the place feel very special and elegant. We had a great time in Rome and were very happy with everything. We would definitely come back! Ciacomo is the best!
