Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was great!
Francesco and his team were really friendly and welcomed us with a drink and gave us an upgraded room to our surprise. They were extremely helpful and attentive to guide us on what to do in Rome and helping during our stay! Great place and location really close to the Colosseum! Really recommend them

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - we were offered a welcome coffee and the owner even sat down with us with a map and gave us a detailed explanation of where to go and how to get there. We were also given the option to choose our room and we were lucky enough to have our own terrace. Location wise the Hotel is situated very close to the Colosseo, and is a short bus ride to Termini station.

Some minor fixes were needed in the room eg door handle coming loose
Francesco and his team took exceptional care of us during our stay, the facilities were great and the room was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area

It was a little bit of walk from the action, honestly we just went when it was very hot so walking would have been fine if it was different weather

The vantilation fan in the bathroom was a little too loud for me but may not be a problem for some people at all.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler they helped me feel really safe and made great recommendations. Location of the hotel is great, I could walk to anywhere and it's close to metro and bus station as well. The room was really comfortable and nicely decorated. Coffee and tea was always available in the hallway and at the bar. Overall a great stay.

It’s a quiet area, which is great for resting and sleeping but no groceries stores or restaurants quiet close, you need to walk around 10 to 15 min and you’ll find plenty of places you can eat, so it’s not really an issue

Breakfast has a lot of fresh varieties. The employees are very attentive. The location is very close to the city center, 500 m away, there is hardly anything better. This was the most important reason why I chose it. You can go everywhere by walking. Don't hesitate.

Noisy at times so pack some ear plugs!
Although on the outskirts of the city; all major attractions just a bus ride outside your door! Nice local cafes & restaurants ! Great super makert & shopping district in walking distance ! My room was large & nice courtyard! Had everything I needed! Best of wishes to Rado , I’m sure you will be an asset!

Great location, great stuff, very friendly and informative. Daily cleaning of the room. Definitely recommended, and next time we visit Rome, we will definitely stay in the same hotel.
