We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThere is only one thing: I stayed in a room on the top floor and I couldn't open the blinds so there was no day light. It didn't bother me that much but if you want to rest a little bit in the afternoon, it would be nice if there's some daylight. I think this applies only to rooms on the top floor.
Good location, walking distance from the park and from several hotspots in town. Quiet neighbourhood. Hotel is trendy, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly, I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this place for solo travelers and couples.

The lady at reception told us that it was the best room for this hotel , however next day at check out a new officer got surprised about this event. We needed this hotel only for one day but anyway such approach was a pity. Room was clean, bathroom excellent. Location very good.
